Went here to open new accounts and inquire about rates, as we were told theirs were fairly good. Was told we haven't lived "here" (Mohave County) long enough (3mo) even though I literally work FOR the county (1 yr). How they get enough customers and new money to stay solvent is beyond me. Buyer beware when their rules are so stringent they chase away new business. Went to AZFCU and now earning an amazingly high interest rate on my entire savings, better than the rate of return on money market with Navy Fed! So it all worked out for me. For Mohave credit union, not so much. I'm reminded of the scene from Pretty Woman..."Big mistake!... Huge!" They just declined a pretty sizable influx of capital.

THE NEW WEBSITE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THERE IS NO LINK TO PRINT TRANSACTIONS. I CANNOT EVEN SAVE RECENT TRANSACTIONS.THE OLD FORMAT WAS BAD, BUT WORKABLE - THE NEW ONE? GARBAGE.

Everytime I can get a Professional and Polite, assistance with prompt friendly greetings. By far, my personal experiences with all of their staff 25 on a 10 scale. After 17 years at another Arizona Credit union, you're missing out on the Superior Service and the Quality of a awesome bank that number 1 of anyplace throughout the state of Arizona

Highly unprofessional! Me and my daughter when into the bank to exchange money for pennies and asked for $30 exchanged into penny rolls. They bring me paper no pennies. I asked for filled penny rills . She said they don’t have penny rolls .wow, so my daughter wanted 20 1$ bills and put her 20$ bill on the counter and sai “well here can I get this turned to 20x$1 bills and she said no and proceeded to ask if we had an account there knowing my daughter is obviously 11 years old . She is under age and it’s not legal to have or even obtainable to get a bank account at her age . The lady said well we cannot do that unless you have an account here . Said to my daughter . So we left bummed out .crazy to think a bank cannot do ether of those needed being a bank should be the one place you go to assure those objectives are possible .

I enjoy working with our members and the people of our community. Our employee and member involvement with our community is what makes MCFCU so different than other credit unions. Our members give back to our community... just by being a member of MCFCU! Mohave County Veterans, children in need, homeless shelter, food banks and the Childrens Miracle Network are just a few of the programs that MCFCU donates to often. Being part of our membership means more to us than just a name. At MCFCU, we are all, "People Helping People".

We love this credit union! The staff is always so helpful and they get the job done from start to finish. I can count on my credit union for financial advice, loans, credit cards, online banking and savings. They are fair and dependable and if you are looking for a true financial institution where everyone knows your name❤️…then this is the place for you. And they also give back to their community! Always helping the children and families in need, the Veterans, and the local homeless shelter to name just a few. This is the place to be!
