“Had to donate my mother's birds to Feathered Friends after she passed away recently. The CEO herself came out to pick them up. Commended us for how well we had cared for them. She was thorough and explained that a veterinarian would look over the birds first, and then a good home would be found for them. They went to a wonderful family with older children, under whose loving care they are thriving! They accepted our donations, which truly helps a fantastic organization. Definitely keep them in our prayers.”
“It's easy to schedule appointment online for my dog to get a bath or ears cleaned or nails, trimmed. A bit pricey but we'll worth it because I just dropped her off and pick her up in 2 hours or wheneverthey text/call to tell me shes ready.. I didn't have to wait around for hours and hours (even if i had scheduled an appointment or came within the wslkin hours) at like I would at the humane society, love petco and we'll keep going back. My dog loves it too. The people are nice and their customer service is wonderful.”

I stopped at PetSmart after a terrible experience at the PetCo down the sidewalk, and the difference was immediate. PetSmart was busy — adoption day, grooming, families shopping — but the employees were still attentive and helpful.
I went to the register and asked for help with the birds. Within about five minutes, Reba came over carrying a transport box. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. She explained that young birds are almost impossible to sex accurately, which I appreciated. We picked out two we loved, and she safely boxed them, had us fill out our info on her handheld, and walked the birds to the front for checkout. Before leaving, she showed me how their rewards program works and how to download the app.
I was having trouble downloading it when Wendy came over and offered help. She walked me through the download, helped other customers, then came back to help me register and activate my account. She didn’t rush, didn’t act bothered — just great customer service.
Both Reba and Wendy were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and customer‑focused, even with the store packed. Their manager should be proud of them. I already know I’ll be back for more birds, and I highly recommend this PetSmart.”

“The best hoofboots ever! I just got a compliment from my vet on how well my horse’s soles turned out. She last checked his feet before I started using Renegade hoof boots, and she didn’t think his hooves were good because of sensitivity. Now she is saying that its so much better!
