Got off work filled up on gas over $40 got 2 packs of cigarettes and went to wait at Denny's for my pickup dinner over $30. I waited for about 10 minutes for my food and was ignored by the waitresses. In comes flying j employee and Denny's manager asking what I want. I was not offered to be helped or even seated. Is it because I'm a man? Dirty clothes from working all day? So when do you start judging people? 5:15 pm May 3, 2024.

Had a horribly rude encounter with the night manager. The manager was so rude and had nerves to refuse to give me her name so i could address this matter with someone who would treat me better as a customer. Someone like Cooperate.
I will not come here ever again.

Clean stocked store & Friendly personnel. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of hot & cold on-the-go foods. Souvenirs. Laundry, showers. Cement lot. Kinda perturbed with the laundry room. Clean room but only 1 of 3 washers working. We get so tired of Flying J/Pilots machines, they are always broken down no matter which state your in smh… Otherwise nice place!

There is a manager there named SAM. who is rude and disrespectful not only to customers, but to employees as well. I've watch him talk down on his workers I'm front of customers. He has his whole family working there to include his daughters and 2 sons and when there is an issue he is dad over boss. I've called corporate office to get no response. So I will leave a bad review every day until this guy is either talked to, or something is done. If your a female he thinks that he can talk to you any type of way. So if anyone reads this from the company, I would love for the regional manager or BILL to get a hold of me.
