The place is ridiculous!!! Every time I call about my bi-pap they will look into it and call me back or they blame it on the respiratory therapist and the NEVER CALL BACK. Guess I will have to keep using my old unit and hope I don't develop lung cancer.

I have been trying to get a new cpath machine an supplies for over a year no one will return my calls i had my sleep study over a year ago and if i go somewhere else requires a new sleep study this is the worse customer care ever!
