I'm Permentantly Disabled, that's why I did depend on Safeway to deliver food to me, not more problems in my life

Beautiful store with management problems....I moved near this store about 2 months ago and I quickly fell in love with their Cranberry-Orange muffins in the bakery dept. I had been buying 2-3 boxes per week from mid May until June when this flavor began to disappear from the shelves. I spoke to the bakery manager(?) and she informed me that they were "seasonal". The convo went like this....Hmmm... okay , when IS the season for these muffins? When CAN I get them?'We only get what they send us.'I like them; will you please carry them so I can buy them?'We can't. We only get what they send us.' I had this same conversation over the following weeks at this Safeway store at least three MORE times until it became clear to me that there was nothing they could do to help me with my request. Nobody could help me.But then, I went to the other Safeway store on Stockton Hill Rd next to hwy 40. (~ 2-3 mi away) This store has STACKS of them, in two different sizes!!! I was stunned. I grabbed up a couple boxes and decided to ask someone about the North Kingman store's repeated claims of "They're seasonal". I am told they are NOT seasonal, they're ALWAYS available at this store!! So I drove my new muffins back to the North Kingman store where they again refused to stock them for me. Once again, I'm told "No, they're "seasonal". :(But by now I know that is false; they're lying right to my face! This came to a head a few nights ago when a (thin, 40ish, bald) night manager confronted me angrily over this muffin issue. I had asked if they happened to have any in stock (yet again) and he scolded me for 'harassing' HIS bakery workers and ordered me out of "his store". I guess I asked one too many times. So now I must drive an extra 5 miles (rd trip) to the next closest Safeway store. They have been very kind and professional to me, even offering to check their stock by phone and package them either in 4 or 9 packs for me! I can't imagine why the North Kingman store management doesn't care enough to help.

I love Safeway bakery! Literally they have the best cakes. Delicious, soft and moist. Who ever is decorating my children's cakes for their birthdays always does and amazing job! I could give them the worst description and they make it perfect! Thank you to everyone who works in the bakery! You hard work does not go unnoticed, and is very much appreciated! Thank you again!Continue to work as unto the Lord Jesus Christ.Colossians 3:23And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.

Great deli. Best tasting chicken of all. Crispy, spicy and hot, not greasy. Good price in a period of time of high inflation.

Extremely high prices. I'll go a couple blocks down the street and save 30% of my money. I don't know how these grifters stay in business.

Clean, deli was busy but worth the wait. Love the fried chicken. Both the classic and mustard potato salad were good

Ordered a prime rib for Christmas dinner over a week ago, went in today to pick it up. Waited over 30 minutes for them to cut it for me (thought it was why I ordered it) and the butcher hands me a 2" steak?? Told him I ordered a 4lb choice prime rib, not a 2" 3lb steak? He argues with me for a few minutes and I walked out! What a joke to treat your long time customers like idiots! Never again!!!

Where to even start!First off the pharmacist CHARLES has no customer service skills or sense of urgency whatsoever! I stood in line for over 20 minutes waiting for TWO people ahead of me.When I finally get service, he asks for date of birth and last name then tells me "I don't have anything here for that name", that's it, just looked me dead in the eye and said "yeah I don't have anything for that name" when I asked him what do you mean? The other pharmacist Chandra had to come over and look at the account because she has some sense of customer service, she told me the last two transactions that should have occurred and the one with the prescription I was there to pick up being returned to the shelf a month ago.A MONTH WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS PRESCRIPTION BECAUSE SAFEWAY PHARMACY CANT EVEN BOTHER TO CALL THE CUSTOMER TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!!!So Chandra has me come over to the drop off window, where I am speaking with the tech and she chooses to give me attitude rather than inform me of how all of it works in a manner that would help me better understand WHY THE HELL IT TOOK A MONTH TO BE TOLD THEY WONT BE FILLING THE PRESCRIPTION!So much unprofessionalism in one visit! Why the heck does it take Charles so long to help customers. The line was six deep by the time I left. I've never had such problems with a pharmacy ever.Sorry that I can't do your job for you, because at least I would have had the decency to call my customers to explain why the hell I can't fill their prescription, instead of leaving them hanging. Every time we call they don't answer the phone or tell us to hold. Today someone called us from the pharmacy telling us to pick up the prescription which is why I finally came in to get it.If you have no social skills, don't work with people. If you are afraid of speaking to customers, find a job where you don't have to deal with customers.Sick and injured people are your customer base, you have no idea what the customers are facing and when they come in to pick up their medicine they don't need your employees attitudes. I didn't speak to her the way she chose to speak to me!I have regular insurance and they treat me fine, but I go pick up a prescription for someone on AhCCCS and they give me attitude like no other? lol you're not better than people on AHCCCS, if anything I just learned what it feels like to be someone on assistance, I've never had to deal with such condescending behavior at a pharmacy, EVER. Disgusting I'll be finding a new pharmacy for all my regularly billed prescriptions since y'all wanna treat people like second class citizens. Shame on you. Get a new pharmacist since Charles so clearly can't handle customer service in ANY capacity.
