Clean well organized and friendly employees. Sometimes long wait times at the Pharmacy and Deli. I definitely prefer Safeways meat over Walmart. Although it's more costly. In June 2024 I was grocery shopping and noticed mold on peppers. Other veggies looked like they should have been reduced or in the dumpster. Employee did remove the moldy produce once I pointed out the trash to him.

Atmosphere good and clean. As for fellow shoppers breathing down your neck in self checkout in a hurry, take a breath!

Was unable to make purchase both cashier and manager yelled at me claiming my card didn't work. Used card five minutes earlier at home Depot and it worked. Left store and used card at dollar tree next door card worked. Missed bus because cashier was yelling at me.

Best grocery store in Kingman. Newest, cleanest and with a decent selection. Only drawback is it is a little overpriced on some things.

This is the best Safeway I've been to in Arizona - I've been traveling all over for the last 2 years and this is definitely the best I've yet. They have a great selection, well stocked, wonderful produce section & the most helpful & friendly employees ... especially Derek, in the produce section. I would go out of my way to shop at this store.

I am disabled and have to use one their Ride carts... I like that their policy is to follow you out, unload your groceries and take the cart back into the store for you....

I called at 10 minutes til close on a monday night and I needed 15. I spoke to a very nice lady and when I arrived 5 minutes late, she was there waiting! I got my heart meds and was very happy.

Got chocolate covered strawberries from this safeway on 2/9/24 and they are mushy and a few of them had white fury mold underneath the chocolate.

Do you know the difference between Walmart and Safeway delivery? Walmart is a lot cheaper and their drivers know if they steal your groceries Walmart will prosecute them Safeway tells you you have to call Uber and complain. I know I bought it from Safeway.com, Safeway charged my bank. I know I didn't use Uber.com but somehow there responsible for stealing my money and groceries. Safeway your a grown up store. You need to take responsibility for your business, you can't go blaming someone else. Obviously the drivers know they can steal from you through Safeway and Safeway will do nothing to help you get your money back. Grow up and start acting like Walmart. Your merger with Kroger is never going to happen and because of the way you treat your customers. You should merge with Radio Shack, as you will both be trying to grasp for air as you sink to the bottom of bankruptcy
