They charge way to much. Cost $99 to just give me an estimate.Wanted $357 to defrost refrigerator and open a drain.Won't call them again.

It took a couple of days for the tech to come and diagnose the problem. They also want you to wait all day at home for the appointment too from 8am - 5pm. They do give a call on the day telling a time estimate of when the tech will be there. The first time, the tech was an hour later than what they said. He was w/in the time parameter on the repair day. The tech did a good job and gave an honest estimate of cost and time, was friendly and cleaned up after himself nicely.

This was a truly wonderful, worry-free experience. I couldn't have asked for better service than I got from Sears Appliance Repair. My technician was great, pretty sure he can walk on water ?. I'm a happy camper.

Can't say enough about your tech. But your scheduler socks. I had to stay at home for 3 days. My appointment was on the 31st. You sent a tech to the wrong address on the wrong day. Then appointment got the 31st was rescheduled for the 1st of November. Then you gave them the wrong address again. The wrong parts were mailed to my house. Tech great man. Sears scheduler socks. Your quality of service has failed completely. Hire people who are in the United States and speak English
