UNACCEPTABLE AND CONDESCENDING EXPERIENCE - UNPROFESSIONAL PHARMACIST BY THE NAME OF LUIS/LEWIS - DO NOT RECOMMEND - MANAGEMENT MUST ADDRESS PHARMACIST RUDENESS - ON THE CONTRARY, SHOUTOUT TO ASIA FOR SAVING THE DAY!

Nothing in stock and treat a seizure patient like a drug addict and think you should refill 2 days before running out then wait for them to order it and have it delivered for a chance of severe seizures with no meds. If like that get things in stock and more workers to be able to pick it up within so long after refilled placed not days.

You can't bag raw meat together with produce people come on...Could have put it in the two other bags of raw meat but no laziness means you jeopardize food safety to save 3 seconds.

If I could give a 0 I would, recently had prescription sent to be filled. Instead of filling they were profiled. When I went to pick them up of course they were not filled and when I requested that they be filled ASAP. The woman helping became rude to me and then put the phone down saying just a minute. She stood there in the drive through looking at me I said I needed to be out of town by 430. I would be back to get my prescription at 430. She left the phone down and was giving me signal I didn’t understand so I said is 430 ok she made more signals I didn’t understand I said again 430 and made a thumbs up gesture to which she kept making crazy signals I left the drive through and came back to a long line in the drive through. Finally get to the window and the same woman was there. Gave her my name and birthdate. Next thing you know the pharmacy manager is on the drive through phone, telling me he would not tolerate the way I talked to his staff and if I had time constraints I should have called ahead. I questioned why my meds were not filled and again asked why they were profiled instead. And why I was not notified if there was a problem filling because of insurance etc. so I could have called etc. Again he stated he didn’t like the way I treated his staff and I could always get my prescriptions filled somewhere else. I apologized even though I didn’t feel I was the one who should be apologizing for their poor service. Again he the manager said that my meds were profiled instead of filled because of expense and it is to inconvenient for them to fill them and then have people reject them because of expense. He also again tried to tell me that if I’m on a time constraint I should call ahead. I asked how I was supposed to know my meds were not filled when I received no communication from them. All this while the old lady working the window is standing next to her manager shaking her head yes with a smug look on her face. This went on for about 20 minutes and then the woman over filled a small paper bag with my meds, my credit card and paperwork as soon as I reached for the bag it ripped and I had pill bottles all over my seat in my car, I couldn’t find my credit card until I could dig under my seat. I will be having my meds transferred back to Havasu even if this is very inconvenient and is an hour drive to pick up because of the treatment I received from Kingman. I am also planning on contacting the general manager because of the woman’s smugness and the treatment I received from the manager. ?

Smiths in Kingman takes hours to check their fax and computer for incoming prescriptions. Then, the employees get upset when rural customers drive up asking for their medications and then getting upset because their prescriptions are at least 2 hours delayed. Rural customers are valuable customers! We do not want to hang around a store for 2 hours! We just spent 60 miles driving into town!! We do not want attitude from some punk employee!!

If you want a mouthy pharmacy tech look no further than to Kara. She will tell you how it is and share personal her opinions and comments at the expense of any patient. She's as tacky as the town she lives in.

They never answer the phone, & when they do, they put you on hold & after 25 minutes you have to hang-up! Need more workers to help the other workers!

The mature woman that waited on us at the pharmacy was exceptionally nice he was kind generous understanding not unlike Young people working in the stores who really have an attitude and couldn't care less about you. This woman was kind and caring and took care of our knees beautifully I would recommend her but not necessarily the pharmacy.
