Last lab work took 72 hours to come back. Basic electrolyte panel. They were uncharacteristically out of range. In the red high. I paid to have them redone. It's at 48 hours and still no results. Guessing at this point they'll be high again. This is the first time I've used this particular facility. Usually they're back in less than 24 hours. So I'll pay again but swith facilities

Got my wife here before appointment time, checked in and waited in car. 1 1/2 hrs later went in and was told they'd texted several times(nothing came through). Now a walk in appointment.

My initial contact with this company was very good. The local lab did a very good job. However their web site/patient portal states that the lab results would be posted within a certain time frame. It didn't happen. I contacted them as per their instructions if the lab results were not posted. They asked me for more personal information which i supplied. They then stated that there was a problem with my patient portal and to send them more information. I set up my patient portal perhaps two years ago and there has never been a problem in the past. All they had to do is provide the the lab results to said account but they turned this situation into a level of incompetence. I will not longer use Sonora Quest Labs. I do not recommend this comapny.

There was a minimal wait time for a walk in blood draw. The staff were efficient and friendly!!

Today I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. They are short staffed and only have 2 workers doing everything. A few weeks ago I tried to do a walk-in and it was also a long wait. I would not recommend this location for anyone in Kingman to get a blood test done

If you can go anywhere else, go ANYWHERE else. These are the most unprofessional people in the world and if it was possible to speak to anyone at their corporate office I would have complained formerly, but they trap you in a phone maze.

Been here twice in 4 months. First time, a male tech and today a female. Both were awesome at drawing blood (if you have hard time getting blood drawn, it could be you didn't drink enough water). Very personal and friendly. Don't have their names, but thank you.

I won't be going to this place any more. The male Phlebotomist deliberately bruised my arm. By the way in other reviews people complained about the blonde guy, he is not blond anymore, he changed his hair color to dark brown or black. I think his name is Aaron, stay away from him, he is very strange.

If I could give them a ZERO, I would. They have a phone number but all the numbers you push, state, the mailbox is full. I have never been able to get though to this place on the phone. They don't care at all. Attitude, they think they are only there to collect a paycheck and clients are a bother to them and how dare we try to ask a question.
When you go into the lab, they stand around and talk, and phone rings and rings. I have even tried to push the physician number and get the same response, "mail box for this person is full". I can call first thing in the morning, in the evening, but it is the same.
I have complained before, but nothing happens.

I want to make sure my insurance is not billed for today's visit. I was coming in (monthly) for recurring tests and usually have a decent experience, minus any excessive jabs. However, the bleach blonde male behind the counter (Kingman location) was SO rude to me that I left without having my blood drawn. I was not even addressing him, yet he interjected in my conversation multiple times.I made the mistake of asking the female behind the counter if it's "first come first served", because I made an appointment. He rudely stated that making appointments is meaningless and kept telling me that I had to wait for the walk-ins to be seen, even though my appointment was 25 minutes prior. I had been waiting the whole time and I was next up, so his statements were moot anyway. Still, he kept reiterating, "Everybody waits!", even after I told him I don't need his rudeness.I have no problem waiting for my appointment, but most definitely will not tolerate his hateful attitude...particularity when I was not even talking to him. You are losing my business (solely) because of my experience with him today.
