This is the most un-stylish Marriott I have ever been in. The rooms look old… its giving cheap motel and not the standards of Marriott. This particular hotel should be rebuilt from scratch. I have been too over 4 different springhill suites and many different marriot chains so I know the standard is low as far as the aptitude of the overall room being poor…

We are very unhappy with this hotel!
Not having used the duvet, and to avoid leaving it on the floor, we put it away in the wardrobe.
The next day, after we left during cleaning, they supposedly did not find it and so they charged us for it.
After apologies by email and agreement on their part, we never saw this sum of €258 again.
So don't trust this hotel!!!

This hotel is pretty standard for a Marriott. Nice interior, safe parking lot, comfortable and clean rooms. Good mattresses and pillows. The continental breakfast was excellent! The pool was on rough shape and had a weird smell which was my only concern.

There’s no way this is a 3 star hotel. Even 2 might be pushing it. What a disappointing stay and not worth the money. There was some obnoxious noise we noticed as soon as we got in our room that we couldn’t locate and then I noticed another repetitive noise coming from the bathroom. One side of the bed didn’t have a night stand or outlets of any kind. I know it’s a first world problem, but not something you find in a “3 star” hotel. No clock/alarm by the bed either.
Our fridge didn’t work or was never plugged in. Either way it was warm and unusable. The toilet and shower are separate which is fine but they both have those crappy sliding doors so you can everything going on inside. I could hear a man coughing next door, so that’s how thin the walls are.
The room doors are angled toward each which means they’re closer so it’s noisier.
The whole room was just kind of depressing and dingy. The headboard was all torn up, should’ve just been replaced. Found a hair in the bed and on the soap.
We woke up at 4:30 and decided to just leave since I didn’t want to shower there because I got the ick. Tried checking out but no one ever came to the desk. With all the food and drink in their little market, it could have all been stolen.
It seemed there was only one person working there that evening, Jade I think was her name. She was great. She was running all over trying to accommodate everyone.
I wish I had read these reviews, appears to be very common issues for everyone. They should probably look at these and start updating this hotel

Lifetime Platinum Member. For the price it was not what we would have expected. The rooms were not very good and lacked technology upgrades, electrical outlets were scarce.

Dirty sheets - stains on the area where you would sit and lay in the bed. Called for and got replacement sheets from the lobby and those had the same problem. Worn trim and furnishings. Hotel otherwise ok.
Rooms: Ok design but worn and had dirty sheets.
Walkability: None.

Do NOT stay here, the manager is putting fraudulent charges on people’s rooms. If you look at other recent reviews, I’m one of many people whom they have attempted to rip off.
I stayed here with a group of six firefighters, and one of the rooms had a $270 “miscellaneous charge”. After seven phone calls, the manager finally contacted me back to tell me it was for “towels”. There was no damage to any towels, no evidence could be provided of any damage, and no towels are worth $270.
The manager is systematically scamming people. I have brought it up the Marriott Corporate chain and will continue pressing the matter until I get a full refund. Disgusting service.
Update: Marriott corporate eventually refunded me $210 of the $270. They lost my business.

DO NOT MAKE A RESEVATION WITH THESE THIEVES!!!! This is the most crooked, evil, lying scumbags in the world. We cancelled the reservation, have the confirmation number for the cancellation and they charged us TWICE!!! They asked us not to dispute the charge and they would refund this, pitiful LIARS! They refuse to credit the account and now we will be in a legal battle. They are thieves DO NOT BOOK HERE YOU WILL BE SORRY

Very nice hotel on Route 66, halfway between Joshua Tree Park and the Grand Canyon.
The hotel is clean with a reception, a mini supermarket to help you out, a gym, an indoor swimming pool. We had a large room with 2 very comfortable large beds, a separate bathroom and toilet ?, a lounge area with a sofa ?️, a desk, a small fridge and a microwave.
The ? buffet breakfast is included and very enjoyable.
We particularly thank the hostess at reception who helped us confirm a reservation by telephone for our appointment the next day for a helicopter tour ? above the Grand Canyon. Our English being quite poor, she was of great help to us.
Free parking in front of the hotel and a gas station nearby.
As they don't have a restaurant we went to the Steackhouse a little further up the street, nice too.
