Rude and they were sitting in the back and I had too wait 20 minutes with only two people in the building. The app really doesn't work half the time . The service was awful.

They set up my cell phone service for my husband & I incorrectly to begin with. I spent an hour going back & forth 3 times trying to get it corrected.I also spent 1½ with corporate trying to get it corrected. I hope they got it rightChristian did his best to help me. Gave me a credit of $65 credit .... I guess I'll eat the other 40 bucks.We are happy with the cell service and have had T-Mobile in the past.$55 special for 2 lines & I got billed $125 two months in a row. Frustrating!

I have been there several times. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. My only issue is there is always a long wait, usually 20 minutes or longer to get service.

I don't usually complain. I've never had a problem with T-Mobile before up until I upgraded to the iPhone 15. The lady in the store told me about this better deal on the next plan and how I'd be paying a certain amount and when I got my bill it was $120 more. I've spent 2 hours on the phone every month my bill comes in to get it adjusted $50 less. SO not only am I still paying more but I still have to call in every month to get it adjusts all because some lady in this store told me I was getting a better deal. It's been nothing but a headache and the worst service I have ever had now. Never missed a payment ever been a customer for almost 20 years and feel like I am getting completely taken advantage of.

Probably a bad idea to hang up on me who is a customer calling for help twice in a row when I am sitting on the page with your reviews as well. Every customer service person should handle helping a customer and answering the phone.

I would give this store a zero stars or below if I were able to. Ever since my family and I switched to this carrier, it has been nothing but hell. My husband first purchased a Google Pixel 7 which ended up being crap. The battery kept overheating and the screen would go black. When we went to back to T-Mobile, they would not help. All they said was to call their customer service and ask for an exchange to find out that the exchange would be a refurbished phone and not another new phone. We did that and the "new" phone did the same thing. T-Mobile perused to help since it was over two weeks since purchase. He had to keep the crappy phone up until recently when we purchased the new iPhone 15 Pro Max. Right off the bat, there were issues with the phone. We tried returning it within the two week period and the Manager Benji refused to take the phone since we didn't have the phone box. We called Apple and they stated that we don't need a box but T-Mobile Benji does not care. My husband has been spending the past 2 weeks between T-Mobile and Apple trying to get his phone refunded. We have had nothing but issues with this store for the past year. I do not recommended T-Mobile to anyone.

Scam STAY AWAY. We had our representative lie about our service and our purchase. When we contacted customer support about a refund they kept telling me I would receive and then I get a text I am not eligible. I want my money back, you guys should be shut down

I would not recommend this store. There is no supervisor or manager on duty. I dropped my wife off at the store to get a Sims card. While I took my car to Ford and dropped it off and they took me home and I got my other vehicle and went back to the store to pick up my wife Marlene Cameron. When I entered store they had her purchasing a new phone locking in a 2 contract . I had explained that we just wanted the SIM card so we can try their service out for one month. The girls helping us was new and there was a girl with pink hair as the lead person. talking to me when I was sitting in a chair. The lead person went to healp a customer, I was talking to the new girl and asked a question about the refund of a $35 activation fee if I did not like the service. at that point a gentleman went around a colleague very abruptly speaking to me. I told that gentleman I was not talking to him. I then got up out of the chair being handicapped to speak to him directly he said he didn't like the way I was talking to him I told him to go back where he was and stay out of the conversation. he refused said he was offended him and told me to leave the store, the girl in the pink hair did not say anything just allowed him to do what he did I was discriminated against with my disability OCD ADD along with my pain issues in my knee my back.

This Tmobile store is AWESOME! All their reprensentatives are great but Shay and Brittany deserve a big shout out for going out of their way to make sure we got what we needed! They took care of all our issues and did it all with a smile. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing good Tmobile service!

Great customer service. On a different not happy with T-Mobile for taking me off the grandfather plan due to me leaving for a day and a half! So wrong since I've been with them 22 years!!!

It's an ok store, the only T-Mobile in town so be prepared to wait for a long time. Overall some of the employees are great.

My wife was traveling thru Kingsman on her way to Washington state and her phone stopped charging. She stopped and picked up a new cord and that still didn't work so she thought she might have blown a fuse so she stopped and replaced her fuse and that still didn't help so I looked up the closest T-Mobile store to her since her phone wasn't working and told her to head there and see if they could help before they closed. There were two workers in the store and they both greeted her when she walked in and they were able to identify the problem right away which ended up being her old charging cable as well as the new one she picked up. The young man even went out to the car to make sure the new cable worked in her car and with her battery pack. Thank you for taking care of my wife on the road!

Do not go here unless you want to be scammed!!! Husband switched his phone plan to tmobile. The employee who helped us added a second line that we did not want or ask for, without telling us. She also lied about promos, and added stuff onto his plan that he did not ask for. Our bill came out to be $130 more than it was supposed to be. Went back to tmobile and were informed that the employee who helped us was fired for doing the same thing to multiple customers, however tmobile is refusing to right this wrong. We have been fighting them on it for days. The store employees say they cannot help us and to call support, but support says only the store can help usWe were also promised a refund for an overcharge but now we arent getting that eitherOn top of that when we purchased the phone we bought two screen protectors and paid for them in full. But now tmobile is saying we never paid for them and that theyre going to charge us for them AGAIN on the next bill.... so where did the $80 we spent on these screen protectors go??
