Needed 2 rooms with 2 queen beds each. Ended up getting one room with a king bed and had to upgrade for a suite to get 2queen beds . Unfortunately after returning from leaving for awhile to pick up some restaurant food we noticed no toilet seat on the toilet . We told the front desk and was told we can get the only room remaining which has one king bed . The king bed room was cheaper than the room that was a suite, the employee said she can’t do any refunds . Therefore we didn’t want to over pay for a regular room. The employee said she’ll go gather some toilet seats then return so we can pick a seat to have somewhat of a toilet. We waited and waited for her to return, our hot food turned cold , we waited to unpack cause she mentioned the suite had to be closed due to safety concerns therefore we couldn’t unpack in fear of being forced to the other room , we couldn’t do anything except wait. The employee was by herself and she was busy so we kept waiting, keep in mind we have a little boy that was upset . (11:15pm)After waiting over an hour for the employee to return we gave up and started unpacking. All night we wondered if the employee would return with toilets seats or if maintenance would show up early in the morning… neither happened, so I then spoke to the desk in the morning to get some compensation for the issues. In result I got told no cause I didn’t want to accept the smaller room which we would be charged a higher price due to us getting the suite and the employee not being able to refund the difference.
I wish things could’ve been different, we would’ve accepted as little as $20 compensation just to ease the stress of all the nonsense.
Avoid this place and all the headaches that come along with it !

This was a dump room was unclean and nasty I brought in my own pillow and blanket to sleep on the dust was thick on everything the floors were filthy was in town for three days after the first night I went somewhere else bad bad bad !!!!

Room was very clean, shower head needed a bit of attention, but everything else was great. Staff is pleasant, helpful and polite. Location is good for my needs.

To flee! Where to start… Upon entering the room you will be greeted by a nauseating olfactory cocktail mixing the smell of cold tobacco and fried food. It’s a 360 experience that you will remember for the rest of your life, so hold on tight! The color of the carpet transports you to the year the hotel was built and you will be able to observe crumbs and vestiges left by former occupants. I don't know how the cleaning is done in this establishment but everything is dirty. If you are a light sleeper, don't worry about waking up in the night, you simply won't sleep since the soundproofing of the room is non-existent, the windows are made of paper and the one in our room was broken so no way to ventilate. You will therefore have the impression that your pillow is placed on the side of the A7 motorway.
If you are brave you can open the fridge to continue the experiment! If you plan to fill your bottles in the bathroom, you will quickly discover that the water temperature does not drop below 30 degrees. The air conditioning is stuck in freezing cold and you feel like you have the engine of an Airbus A380 within reach. You will quickly want to take a shower to forget the nauseating atmosphere of the room, as you dry yourself with the towel you will quickly be overtaken by the smell of the room which has permeated all the sheets. The recycled toilet paper was stored in a very dusty room and smells like manure. The very basic breakfast is limited to a few jams and sock juice. No need for an alarm if you have the room opposite the ice machine which turns on at 6:00 a.m. with a deafening noise!
