Dennis helped us with match and mix a couple gallons of paint, I was curious how that worked and he was more than happy to show me. He mentioned he was covering the shift that night in the paint department and he was very helpful, had a great attitude and easy to talk with.

I had a gas range from H D installed. The wrong parts were used which resulted in a gas leak. Had to call 911 for help . They turned the gas off and cleared the house of fumes until it was safe for me to go inside. The gas company then arrived and capped off the gas leak and put a tag on the range stating appliance can't be used until properly installed. He gave me the part that didn't fit and said to keep it . So far I have just been given the run around The so called manager at Kingman HD has instructed the customer service people to say he is a meeting. The Las Vegas Store always says she will talk to her supervisor and get back to me, that has not happened after around three calls to them. So sad that they don't have any regard for their customers.

If I could give this place a negative star, I would! Their Tool Rental section is a JOKE. They tell you they have equipment, and then when you get there to pick it up, their trailer lights don't work. Then they tell you they have nothing else available when there are several pieces in the parking lot, when you ask about them they inform you that they all need repair of some kind.....If they need repair why are they out For rent? This place is a joke. Update: 2 weeks later, and we still haven't received our deposit back!

Kingman AZ FLOORING DEPARTMENT SHOPPERS!! I have been a Home Depot shopper for almost 40 years and never, ever have I/we ever dealt with an associate who lied to me/us like the one who calls herself Sassy Wade at the Kingman store. If I could give her a zero rating I would. Before going into the store, we picked from HD web site the flooring we wanted and went in to buy it. 3/12/23 we went straight into flooring department and sat down with Sassy at her desk in the flooring depart. We showed her the flooring we were interested in purchasing. She asked the usual questions, square footage, etc etc. Told her that we may not use it all because we weren't sure about a smaller area and asked her if we could return it if we didn't use it all. Also asked how long we had to return any used cases, I told her because my husband was working in CA. and we weren't sure how soon he could install it. She said that we "ABSOLUTELY COULD RETURN IT" so long as the cases where not open and that as a matter of fact, if we opened a HD credit card, we had up to a year to return it, "NO PROBLEM". I asked a few times, are you SURE we can return it and each time she told us of course and she even said that if they gave us a hard time at the front desk "JUST ASK FOR ME", no problem it will be okay, blah blah blah. Order was picked up 4/2/23. 7/5/23 we tried to return it and her story changed COMPLETLY. She said when we, meaning us and her looked for it in the store, it was not available. WE NEVER LOOKED FOR IT in the store. Then she says that she told us that it was a special order and that we had to pay a restocking fee SHE N E V E R EVER said that. She NEVER mentioned it was a special order much less any re-stock FEE. I would not have purchased as the extra had she told us. Then she tells me that the policy had changed, SERIOUSLY!! In that case don't tell customers what you told us but you told us that we could return it with no problem and that so called "policy change" was not in effect then as you "claim it is now". Just more lies on top of all the other lies she told us. I could see on her face and she knew it, that she had lied then and was lying again. The look on her face was defiantly one of BS. I HATE when people LIE, don't keep their word, when they say one thing and do another. She then said she would talk to a Karen a manager, while mumbling under her breath what a B Karen was. Then she returns and tells me, Karen says there is a restocking fee, now she's blaming Karen. I understand Karen is only doing her job, it was Sassy who didn't do her job by not being truthful with us. I seriously doubt that Sassy told Karen the truth and all the things that she told us when we bought the product. Sassy then tells me, if HD had installed the flooring for you, there'd be no charge, AGAIN she NEVER told us that either. If you had been honest Sassy, none of this would have happened. They charged us an outrages re-stocking fee, Sassy NEVER told us about any fee, instead she said a couple of times just come see me if you need to return any of it, "NO PROBLEM". SMH Unlike Daniel Salsgiver in appliances who is an HONEST and a very helpful associate. He has never lied to us and always has keeps his word. We've purchased a couple of major appliances with his help and it was a great experience. HD in Kingman has many wonderful honest employees, just wanted to give ANYONE going into the FLOORING DEPARTMENT a heads up, Sassy Wade lies.

Water heater went out so I ordered one online through Kingman, AZ store site, $879. Clicked on Home Depot's installer and contacted them. They wanted $1199 for installation alone. NO GO there. Instead of Home Depot shipping a unit from their Kingman store which is only 1 hour away, they had one shipped from Laredo TX a week (6/6) after I placed my order. 2 days later my water heater was in Phoenix AZ and by that evening (6/9) it was in Las Vegas, NV where it sat for the next 5 days. On (6/14) I called the trucking company to find out why their website said they "awaiting inquiry answer from customer" when I had received no such inquiry; not a text, phone call or email! I explained my son was driving 7 hours this weekend to install it for me and wanted to make sure it was going to be here. The dispatcher at Estes guaranteed me it would be delivered Friday (6/16). Friday morning I get a call from Estes that because of bad weather in Las Vegas they would not be able to deliver my water heater until next Monday! I explained my son was already on the road here to install it and Monday would be too late. I asked about him diverting to N. Las Vegas to pick it up at their warehouse? She said they could leave it on the loading dock for pickup. When I called back 1/2 hour later I got a different person who told me the truck to Kingman just left but sees a change in my delivery order to be picked up at the loading dock. Bottom line is they did not want to drive 20 miles out of their way to deliver my order. So my water heater was driven all over the country, sat in a warehouse almost a week only to drive an extra 1/2 to pick it up in N. Las Vegas which is 1 1/2 hours back to my house when the Home Depot in Kingman is only 1 hour from my house! For this I took cold showers for more than 2 weeks which did not cool down my frustration. Home Depot needs to reexamine and/or better vet the companies they do business with because it reflects on them as well. Had I known I was going to be this difficult I would have just driven the 55 miles the same day and picked a water heater up at the store. Delivery fee, waiting time and outrageous installation estimate was more aggravation than this was worth!

Home Depot always have everything you need from light structures to paint untensils. I stopped here with a friend while in town to get some appliances for their homes. Nice employees i found here that actually love their jobs and treat you right. I also purchased several inexpensive things i needed. Nice location and i was happy with everything. Always a pleasure

They won't load you in the snow with a forklift or by hand because they might get a little cold. Bunch of pansies. They shut down the outside garden department because they didn't want use trying to lid the materials ourselves either. What a joke.

Dishwasher delivered full of water. Delivery people rude about the drive and after being under the sink 10 min. Found a leak which he says prevents them from install. Repair man was here a few days ago and there was no leak. Extremely dissatisfied.

Thankful that Kingman has a Home Depot. Just ordered an oven, great price and delivered fast. Delivery folks were very polite and professional. Got the new one installed and the old one out in no time. As for the store, most of my experience shopping here has been pleasant. Only had one time that a cashier was rude and obviously didn't want to be there.

BUYERS BEWARE.. Home Depot will not be forthright. Our recourse is to file a complaint WITH Arizona Registrar of contractors against TCF SOUTHWEST in Tucson. We made our purchase back on November 5 2021 The installation was canceled 5 times. Part of it was installed a few weeks ago. There was 1 small peice that was damaged in Fabrication?. That was quite concerning! Granite isn't inexpensive. Long story short. The final peice was installed on Monday. It is a complete unmatched Slab. It is not a part of the 2 Slabs we approved back in January! I had opened a case with Home Depot Corporate a few weeks back.. As it was apparent..The issues were on going and out of control. At first it seemed Corporate was on board. Now they are ignoring all calls.. We're pretty darn upset about this. UNMATCHED GRANITE Yes, we fully understand there are variances in natural stone. That's not the case. The last peice was not cut from the Slabs we approved. Months of delays and str8 up lies. Stress levels off the charts.

After seeing their flyer about privilege that was hanging in the break room at another Home Depot I decided I have the PRIVILEGE to not use Home depot in the future. Ace hardware and True Value are my hardware store from now on. Wake up Kingman and look online for the Home Depot woke training.

I went into the Kingman Az store to order 50 wood fence panels and everything that we would need to install them. I had figured out the exact cost at home including delivery and taxes. I'm in the depot placing my delivery order, he takes my order and it's almost $200 more than I had estimated, which was $5000.00. This he says is due to the PALLET FEE! $15 a pallet plus tax. He estimated 10 pallets. I decided to go home and order it online, and did so with NO PALLET FEES in about 3 minutes after waiting at the depot 40 minutes to order. It arrived this morning and guess what, there is only 1 pallet anyway. So I suggest if you ca, you order anything from here online, NOT in the store, and its really annoying that there is only 1 pallet anyway. WTF!!

VERY mixed bag. Staff can be super polite and helpful. But sometimes, not. The staff in the paint department are witheringly rude and dismissive to the customers. Yes they are busy on a Saturday morning but that is not the fault of the cusomers. Because they are in demand staff thinks they are rock stars. Funny... was exactly the same situation in Yucca Valley Home Depot. MORE HELP IS NEEDED IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT and some training for the staff, in courtesy. Now, windows. I tried and tried to get windows installed in my new house. Salesman [married] came to the house and hit on me, he was sly, he didn't make any moves, but offered to come over and help paint my house, several times. He offered me several freebies if I bought from him, such as free window trim, and help for my back doors at cost. You know what? Buying windows is not The Dating Game. Despite all this I wanted the windows, but his ipod was always "down." A week went by. Every day he put me off. He did not come to take my order. You're a salesman. Get a new ipod. Such a flake. The first time he came over he tried to cancel because his car wouldn't start. Just a druggie. On the other hand, guys in the windows department [I finally bought my own windows] are SUPER nice and helpful, courteous. Woman in the garden department was SUPER, super helpful and attentive. Man who helped me buy light bulbs was beyond excellent. Lumber department is very helpful if you happen to find someone. Customer Service is always top notch. Too bad the paint department and custom windows leave such a bad taste.

Purchased the house in April 2020 and the former owner took the blinds, curtains and rods so no covering on the kitchen windows. Three windows and two odd sized windows. Considered drapes, but near impossible to find ones that would fit into the smaller windows. Called Home Depot, lady on the phone, Stacy is a treasure. She took my information and scheduled an estimator in less than 30 minutes. She took 1/2 year aggravation out of life in one phone call. It is a pleasure to heap praise on employee Stacy
