“Need a small trailer for vacation. The online experience was not great but when we walked in to pick it up we were greeted kindly. The lady behind the desk was in a great mood and showed it by smiling and laughing. She got us out set up, hooked up, and on our way. We had the same pleasant experience when we returned the trailer.I don't expect to need a uhaul again but if I do I won't hesitate to go here again.”

The trucks are much better maintained than the competitors, as well as much newer and less mileage. We've used Penske for two different moves and we're using them again because of the consistent excellent service.”

“Love Jennifer the supervisor at the main U-Haul facility on Stockton RD. But BEWARE of the huge tall woman in the gas station at the Harrison facility. She is a bully and has no say over the U-Haul facility. She was unnecessary mean to me. Screaming at me to move my RV. Later I found out she did not lease the section on the right of the entrance. That’s U-Haul s property. Don’t let her bully you! I’m a short 74 year old woman and she had me shaking. Totally uncalled for! I’ll never again buy anything from that gas station for sure.”
