“Kallie Sack at rental return, and Archie Riggins at initial rental were absolutely great!! They made renting so easy, and Enterprise never has any hidden fees or other. The cargo van was great, I loved being so high off the road in driving it as well. Archie also had the ability at rental to give me the option of which van I wanted to drive, and the one I chose was a bit smaller, perfect for what I needed. They were patient, and knew their stuff. Wonderful rental experience!! I've rented in California several times and Colorado, but this was the best.”

“Love Jennifer the supervisor at the main U-Haul facility on Stockton RD. But BEWARE of the huge tall woman in the gas station at the Harrison facility. She is a bully and has no say over the U-Haul facility. She was unnecessary mean to me. Screaming at me to move my RV. Later I found out she did not lease the section on the right of the entrance. That’s U-Haul s property. Don’t let her bully you! I’m a short 74 year old woman and she had me shaking. Totally uncalled for! I’ll never again buy anything from that gas station for sure.”

“I rented an Auto Transport trailer from this U-Haul location and I must say, everything went perfectly, and the staff was wonderful! When I arrived, I didn't have to wait long to speak with an agent inside, and they ran me through the rental agreement, took my payment deposit, and directed me to the area where I would pick up the trailer. The gal helping to hook up the trailer to my SUV was wonderful. She jacked up the trailer, connected it to my vehicle's lights and turn signals, tested the brake lights and turn signals on the trailer, and get me on the road. When I came to drop off the trailer, I arrived about 45 minutes before the location opened, however, to my surprise, there was a friendly U-Haul employee who had arrived early to open up for the day, and they happily checked me in for my equipment return, even though they didn't have to because they hadn't opened yet. That saved me quite a bit of time doing a self-return online. The staff here are really wonderful and the service is great, so I will definitely be coming back here to rent trailers in the future.”

“Great service from the start. Employee Kurri was very helpful with my return. While walking up to the door she openly asked if I needed help and said she would be right there. It's hard to find good employees who are excited to help customers and whom like their job. She is a great employee and I'm sure she has a good manager. Remember there are no bad employees, just bad managers! Thanks again for a great uhaul experience!!”

“Need a small trailer for vacation. The online experience was not great but when we walked in to pick it up we were greeted kindly. The lady behind the desk was in a great mood and showed it by smiling and laughing. She got us out set up, hooked up, and on our way.
