Stoped in randomly to have some paper work notarized. I am from out of state and knew no one in the area. A young woman named Joanna was so helpfull. She notarized my paperwork and was extremely professional. I expected to pay for tis service and they did it for free! Great customer service!!

Friendly, welcoming employees. They make a point to acknowledge and welcome each customer that walks through their door. They're short staffed due to call-ins. The tellers still had a smile to share regardless of the Rude customers with zero understanding.

Horrible Bank . I've had us bank in Oregon no problems . Move here they get your social security number wrong then close you account etc.

Most of the girls here are awesome. Agnese, the branch manager, is RUDE and doesn't know what she's doing. I've had multiple run-ins with her and am about to refuse to work with this woman. If it weren't for the fact I have to use this bank for my work, I wouldn't step foot in here ever again.

People are nice but I submitted all my documents for a non-profit account on April 17th they told me 3 to 4 day's to see if approved here it is April 27th and I still haven't heard anything I have never been treated this poorly with a bank. So I'm applying somewhere else horrible bank experience.

Took my change in to deposit into my account and was told they don't have time to run the coins through their machine - I have to do it myself. What's the point of a bank that doesn't deposit money? My sister works at a US Bank in Wisconsin and says this is unacceptable...

Sometimes you need to go into the bank and talk to a real person. Don't try that here, You will stand in line forever and they will close teller windows as you wait.

Been with this bank for five years. My last week at this bank taking my business else do rudeness and wait times. And very rude managers between manger from bullhead and there new manager at Kingman Have complained and there not serious taking care of business.

I moved to this bank because there was no Bank of America's in town. The girl that signed me up was Very helpful and polite however there was no mention when I signed up and deposited over $10000 they would only allow me access to $400 A-day when I tried to raise it I was declined How are you gonna hold onto my money and not let me have access to it this is basically theft! I will be switching banks immediately!!!!!!And the woman I spoke to in customer service was beyond useless

This bank has by far been the easier to open up an account with! S/o to the lady who helped me open the account she was such a beautiful soul to work with. Planning to stay banking with y’all for awhile thank you so much ?!

My husband and I own two business'. One in California and one in Kingman AZ. We opened accounts with US Bank in California in 2014 when we became incorporated. On July 15, 2022, I received a letter for each account stating due to "Terms and Conditions" documents I signed, US Bank is closing all our deposit accounts on July 29, 2022. I made several phone calls to all the numbers I had for US Bank. Everyone I talked to told me that the information as to why my accounts were being closed was "unavailable". This is unprofessional and unacceptable. The work involved in changing one business bank for one business is outrageous work. We have tow business'. I an dumbfounded that I cannot find out why they did this. The information is unavailable. I even called US Bank Corporate; same thing. I am so disappointed.
