Contract mail carrier says She loves Her job because they only deliver the mail when they feel like it. Mail delivered to other address constantly then it ends up on doorstep opened, wadded up, dirty or wet. Thanks neighbors.

Awful service , awful contract mail carrier they do not deliver our mail they make up a story like left package for x amount of days and then leave a slip. Thing is they do not leave package they just do not want to deliver it to our house 4 houses down from the box. This happens weekly

Very rude and unprofessional. The woman refused to look at the back of my wife’s Military ID to see my name matched the package and the package slip. My wife tried to explain the ID to this woman who then just ignored her. When I went in, she was just as rude saying she didn’t see my name and then tried to say my wife didn’t show it to her, liar. Then she says “give me a break” you don’t need a break, you need to do your job or retire.

Mid morning on a weekday: There was a pretty good line, but an employee came up from the back to help. I travel frequently & have seen a lot of post offices where the people in back do NOT come up to help. The staff is ALWAYS friendly at this location! THEY bend over backwards to make your visit easier. For example one time I was receiving a package that was about 50-60 lbs & they let me use a rolling cart to get it to my car. That just doesn't happen everywhere.(One thing to remember with any business- if YOU are kind to the staff, MOST of the time they are kind to you!) ?

Every customer I seen come through your part always tried to be nice and respectful and you’re still super rude!! This lady should definitely be taken care of!

For a post office who likes to inconvenience their customers by not actually delivering packages they should at least be open till 5pm. Then those of us who have jobs we actually do, don't have to leave work early to make their 4:15 locking of doors to get our packages. You know, the ones your employees look for any excuse not to deliver. I blame this on poor management... If they would make sure packages are being delivered by the people who get paid to drive around and deliver them, then the little old ladies inside wouldnt have such an overload of customers. Which in turn would make your lines not as crazy. It's simple logic really

The carrier's are lazy and refuse to deliver packages. They don't even leave a pink slip to pickup the packages. Instead they redirect the order back to the sender. I have watched my carrier drop off a letter but not my packages. I then go to the post office where I'm greeted by Emperor Palpatine. This old lady needs to retire and is completely useless. Whomever is managing this facility should be fired. I'd avoid this place at all cost.

A couple service desk employees are unfriendly, but not all. One got confrontational and said YOU NEED TWO STAMPS on these Christmas cards. FINE! but don't have a nasty attitude over it! I did not object to the two stamps. I'm 78 with cancer, heart problems, and was in pain when I went in. She didn't stop to be kind. The customer should come first. Bite your tongue.

Most of the customer service are snobby and lines are always long, very slow service. This post office needs new management and new employees.

I just found out our mail carrier was fired today. It was probably over a misunderstanding or customer gripe. What a shame. I know collecting, sorting, staging, and dealing with sadly angry people is a hard thing to do every day... and keep on a happy face. Day in and day out. BUT, there are two points of view to everything and sometimes customers really need to get help with following the all the mail processes and procedures. We were blessed with a very kind, thoughtful, and truly caring delivery person who went way way out of her way to help customers on her route. Very personable, hard working, and responsible. Traits hard to find these days. This is a tragedy to loose her over what I am sure is a hard headed disagreement or misunderstanding. Somehow this issue was allowed to get out of hand at the cost of a long time employee... what a dismal management failure. What a waste of a good person. This should not stand.

We live outside of town and instead of dropping packages at the house, they leave a slip where we have to drive over 30 mins to pick them up nearly every single day. I just wish Amazon and others would refuse to send through usps.

I need someone from management to contact me immediately! The male woman that delivered our mail today. Ran over 7 feet of my edging in my front yard and had my husband not been out there to catch her. She just took off!!! Kingman az 86409
