Your store is irrelevant in this particular case moron. You should be made by THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU a sign at your store stating you can only guarantee a quality service within Kingman city limits. 78 Billion dollars was greedy Verizon profit for 2023. It’s disgusting how you charge a premium price for a mediocre service. If you live just outside of Kingman, that’s what you get, a garbage service. FIX YOUR TOWERS!! Disgraceful.

Emmy has been one of the best representatives I have ever had the pleasure to do business with ? I am not even your customer, I was there as support for my closest friend and her mother - in case the reps/anything was overwhelming or not as understandable (just being honest) but I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience!

What a great experience dealing with Sami G. from your Kingman, AZ. location!! Being unaware of potential promotional programs, and benefits available, and which programs would better fit my needs... I guess you could say I was lost! However, Sami G. got me on track with the right program and equipment necessary. Great equipment, plan, and price! Even better, was having someone with the knowledge and skill set to help with your customers!

Alec was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I do not live in Kingman, AZ, I was returning home to the Phoenix area from Las Vegas which is roughly half way home. I randomly found the Verizon store using a "Verizon store near me search". If I didn't have a phone service issue I never would have found myself in a Kingman, az Verizon store. Alec got me completely squared away with a new phone and back on the road quickly.

Alec helped us get a new phone and tablet. So friendly, helpful and patient. He answered allll of our questions, with both of us over 60, we had alot of them..
Probably some super easy to answer but he didn't bat an eye, super respectful.

Well that's nice of you to like my review and thank me I will be coming back into your store as I need a new phone soon the Moto e I have is getting slower and slower so is the charging time is taking longer and longer I want something that's easy to use like a Moto g or the Moto g with stylus however being a senior unlimited income I'll have to check the prices to see what can be done I would like to keep my phone number as well
