Told us they had many 1 to 2 year old dogs. Made apt drove an hour. Got there no dogs in that age group at all. The guy said oh well.

Very understanding and appropriate. They made sure I knew all the details and assured me my pet would be taken care. I also overheard a lady on the phone with an upset customer. She handled it very professionally. Great team atmosphere and they actually care about the animals.
