Not reliable won't dump your trash just drive by lazy workers lazy driver just drive past when they barrel is out by the road multiple times drive past can't do your job when trash drivers used to get out of there truck and dump the barrels by hand now you got lazy people that sit on their ass all day and can't get out of their truck and dump the damn barrel plus having the barrel all the way on the road the trash driver ends up blocking the road for drivers to get past cuz he's just talking the whole damn road at the street

Even after renewing our service at a (supposedly) lower monthly rate, we are still being charged the higher service charge. Also, after REPEATEDLY trying to update my email address, I am still unable to log on to the WM site with my current address

Deliveries were great until the driver changed. Now I have had 2 missed pickups. I am only picked up 1 time a month so missing any pickups is bad.
