“I visited Boot Barn after a long run of bad luck with footwear, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment we walked in, Cierra was there to assist. After I explained my past issues, the very first pair of boots she recommended ended up being the perfect fit. I tried on several other styles just to be sure, but nothing compared to the comfort of her initial suggestion.
What truly set this visit apart was Cierra’s multitasking and genuine care for my family. While I was testing boots, she helped my wife find the right jeans and assisted my daughter with a belt. She was even incredibly patient and helpful with my toddlers. Cierra truly went above and beyond for every member of my family. Five stars isn't enough to reflect the level of service she provided—I will definitely be asking for her specifically on my next visit!”
