Could not be more happy ! We took our baby girl there to get her teeth cleaned & not only did they do a great job ! they only charged us about half of the estimated bill because they dident pull any teeth. Good honest operation !

I understand that I am not normal. I was raised by a silent abuser, who taught me how to be VERY observant.. literally my very safety demanded it. It's why I limit my social interactions to once or twice a month. It takes me that long to build up my energy to deal with the arrogance and entitlement of the masses. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect politeness and curtesy. So far I have yet to find it in Arizona. We are going to be saying goodbye to our Bebe girl Monday or Tuesday when I choose our veterinarian, it was with this day in mind. We chose an equine one because we knew this day was coming.and we wanted her to pass at home. When our vet said she didn't do that anymore, we didn't leave. When they charged us twice for a case of food and tried a 3rd time, we didn't leave. When we discovered they were charging us a $10 service fee for using our card, we didn't leave. We are leaving because: I started calling them at 4pm Tuesday 10/17/23 afternoon. I requested a sedative for our girl because it's her time it's 60 miles to the clinic, I just wanted her comfortable.. no call back Tuesday. I explained everything. Called Wednesday morning 8:20, they said to wait for someone to call back. Nothing by 11:30, we called again. Then every 30 minutes from 2 on. They stopped taking our calls. After 4:30 and we had No chance to make it to town before they closed, we finally spoke with them.we left detailed messages each time but still we explained what the situation is. I completely understand that they haven't seen her in two years. And that's why they can't prescribe her anything.. what I don't understand is why they've forced us to pursue an answer.. they sell cbd there, did they recommend that? No. Did they recommend melatonin? No. This is why we're leaving: An incredibly insensitive Cow chirpily offered to sedate her on arrival what part of making her comfortable for the trip did they not comprehend! Like LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE PATIENT they have, I'm adopted too.. their patient's don't have a voice but This Adoptee does

Over the moon impressed with Dr. Wright and staff. Took our two girls in for a dental cleaning. Class act. Very thorough. Very kind towards our furry kiddos and empathetic toward our concern with putting them under anesthesia due to them being so tiny. Reasonable pricing too. Thank you, Dr. Wright and staff. This is our vet for life!!!

Well, me and my husband were very impressed with Dr Wright and her Vet Tech. I'm sorry but I forgot the vet tech name, she wore a cute head scarf. I'm a real picky pet parent. We brought Ellie and Sally in for different problems. Dr Wright and her assistant were professional, kind and thorough. We wish we would have gone to this amazing place when we first moved here 2 yrs ago. My furry kids are my everything. So a big THANK YOU to Dr Wright and her staff.

Not to helpful here. I tried to get a wellness certificate and they were not very accommodating. I prefer a vet who gives a bit more personalized service

Had to wait a while, however they are very professional and seem to really care about your animals! I received answered questions my dog had great care and an RX all under $100.00 and they even called for a follow up on the pup!! I recommend them for sure!

We contacted Wright Veterinary Service today to ask if they would be willing to come to us because our 10 year old Great Dane can no longer walk, is lethargic, and we are unable to move him. They agreed to come to us and we were so relieved. An hour later, they called to say the doctor just doesn't "want to spend time doing that today". Why an awful thing to do - say you are willing to do something and then change your mind and leave this poor dog in pain? Wow. Sounds like you really don't care much about helping animals or about human compassion.

We were recommended Dr. Boyett at Wright Veterinary Services by three neighbors and we will never be able to thank them enough. Dr.Boyett is the most gentle, kind and knowledgeable vet that we have come across in Kingman. Our Pomeranian, Josephine, was so calm and at ease with her and her tech Coral that it made me feel at ease and comfortable there. She explained in detail the answers to all our questions and concerns. She called back right away to give us bloodwork results and explained the results in detail...all great results by the way ! The waiting room and examing rooms are spotless. All of the ladies that work there are just wonderful and the prices are very reasonable. This place and all of the staff are a great asset to Kingman !!
