I get my hair done here I have a new hairstylist. Her name is Lita.
I literally messed up my hair really bad and I went here and we are in the process of giving it to wear it belongs. I'm naturally dark brown and I try to do blonde by myself.
Lita has taken her time with me to get my hair back to Where it Should be.

Terrible customer service. I got $100 gift card from a friend this past xmas. I misplaced the certificate in a book. When I found it had already expired lasting only six months. I called and left a message only to be returned a few days later with there’s nothing we can do, but you can text this other person and see if she’ll honor it. I took down the number and texted immediately with no response. I called again the next day with no reply. The whole attitude was really concerning as there was no care or regard. I was pretty surprised when I saw the expiration date. Shouldn’t it be treated just like cash?There’s no integrity in this business and waiting a week to return a call is horrific customer service. I assumed they would never return the call so I threw it away. They finally returned my call and I told her II had thrown it away already since they completely ignored my text and calls. Once again, nothing to say but oh well. Save your money. Rude service all around.

Lita Riddle is the absolute best! My hair and eyebrows are on point and her personality and manners are the absolute best. It has been a while since I've had a hair specialist with so much heart and really enjoys what she does. She does not try to pressue you into doing anything you don't want to do, and if there is something that looks somewhat interesting to you, she will tell you straight up that she doesn't think that service would be right for you. That right there is customer service and not trying to get extra money from you. She genuinely care. I HIGHLY recommend Ms. Lita Riddle! She is amazing!! Thank you Lita!! Your the best!!

I went in and was able to get an appointment that day with Lita for a sorely needed haircut. It's a tad bit shorter in the back but my hair is now cut back to all healthy hair and I can move forward growing it out.
