Excellent service. Have been there twice within the last month & both times had exactly what I needed (in stock). I was partially paralyzed in a fall earlier this year & needed a walker & high back lightweight wheelchair, plus other misc items needed to get around my house.. Prices are reasonable too. Will be returning to get future med items I will need. They also deliver. ??????Thnx for everything so far. ???

If you're ever in need of medical supplies I would highly recommend taking the opportunity to visit Bill and the staff at Allpaps! My wife needed a knee scooter due to breaking her ankle and being dangerous on crutches. We went and talked to Bill and he sent us out the door, totally mobile and very satisfied with the entire experience. His knowledge and abundance of products/choices are not only spectacular in my book, but an asset to the community.

Rarely do I find a business owner who tries so hard to help his clients. I have worn a CPAP and worked with Bill at All Paps for over a year now. (My husband, unfortunately, went to the other place in town Rotek; it was an aweful, drawn out transaction which ended badly and no one cared.) He is conscientious, knowledgable and returns all of my phone calls. He made suggestions to improve my CPAP which have me sleeping like a baby!! Thanks Laura and Bill at All Paps!!

Just had bought a walker, wheel broke 2 weeks after took it in to get fixed, the owner said can’t help you without your receipt. I drove 75 miles one way. My husband uses his walker everyday all day and the owner was very rude and not helpful. I left looked up walker wheels bought my own and fixed it myself. I will never use this place again. The wife is a sweetheart the husband not at all. There are other medical supply places. Not cool how he treated me!

This morning, I almost cried (and I am NOT a crier!). The 1st night with my Cpap, I slept thru the night -- for the first time in about 25 -- 30 years. I feel terrific. The mask never bothered me. Allpaps spent a LOT of time making sure I was fitted correctly with the right mask for me. They were patient and kind and explained the process very well. This mask is going to dramatically improve my life/health. Thank you so much to my technician, Bill. He uses a mask himself, so I really does understand a patient's position/situation/issues.

Bill Mallory at Allpaps gives the most amazing service! I needed a CPAP machine and he and his store went out of their way to get me set up before a planned trip. He provided thorough training with the equipment, followed up with phone calls and made certain that I understood everything about the equipment and program. Prices were excellent and the store is extremely well stocked with everything one could need. I recommend them highly!

I love being able to see, touch and even try out CPAP supplies before buying. Bill provides me with amazing customer service sometimes even over the phone as I live out of town. The store is always clean and has lots of products for me to see. I've recommended AllPAPS to my friends and doctors.

Please let me tell you my experience, not a story! Found myself unable to walk on a Saturday and tried to call to find a scooter. Scott, the manager answered the phone at this company. I told him what I needed, and he said they were closed, but after some conversation he said he would meet my Granddaughter and rent me a scooter for 2 weeks. After she left, he called back and said I had to rent it for a month, but if I returned it in 2 weeks he would refund the difference. I found out that he had copied both my credit card and my drivers license and called on Monday to talk to the owner about that practice. The owner was so rude, I wanted to return the scooter then. We took it back to return today, and the owner threw the receipt back at my husband. My husband asked for the refund promised and the owner stated I did you a favor by coming in on Saturday, there is no refund! Customer service is everything! Buy one on Amazon for the same rental price! Never using them again!
