I took my 2014 dodge durango To anderson Dodge because it developed a Noise I knew what the noise was a Rocker arm. I didn't want to fix it myself. The Durango ran perfect except for the noise. But when I got it back from them. After they replaced all the rocker arms and lifters, it didn't run, and it leaked oil all over the place. Never leaked oil befor .if I were you. I wouldn't bring my car out there. My truck has been back several times and nothing has been Resolved, they must have had my truck for over a month. My advice would be to call the one in bullhead or in Kingman. If you own a Dodge and need it repaired.

In addition the front desk staff are very pleasant and helpful. Again, many thanks to all.

Tried to take my car in for an oil change. I see signs that say express service. But when I go to check in. The welcome and and ask if I had an appointment for oil change. I say no and they say well we can't service your vehicle but you can make an appointment be sure we don't want to work our workers too hard today. They need to change there signs that say service by appointment only.

I came in to look at a vehicle that I was considering trading in for but in the back of my head I knew it was a bad idea. However I had a decent experience with the sales guy (product specialist) when I drove the car I was interested in. I took in my truck to get looked at and they acted like they were interested and wanted to make a deal and then later after my carfax came back they told me my car was a total loss and it was not before I ever looked on carfax. It's had hail damage in the past but was never listed a total by insurance. The car they were trying to sell me has had two major front end collisions and told me my truck was junk! So what they did was try to sell me the car up front and they didn't want my truck, the price was around 37k for the car, and online it was listed at 33k. The Kelly blue book on the car was 27k-29k from a dealer. What a joke! These people are crooks and yes they will take your money!

Update: After 1 year my tags NEVER showed up. I had to go to the DMV and Register the Vehicle myself and request a Refund for my title fee (it was Denied). Anderson ignored my requests for recouping and stole my money. Bad business, bad service, bad people. ------z Original: Love my new truck! Thanks to all of the Folks that made this happen! I do take issue with all of the EXTRA paperwork you force on people. 90% of it is unnecessary and I am glad you quit when I told you to.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Typical lazy employees that do the bare minimum and want to charge WAYYY MORE THAN needed. Luckily I know about cars or this place would have taken all my money and not fixed the problem. First obstacleCalled in prior to arrival to get quote on parts and labor to replace coil pack on cylinder 8, only cylinder 8 because it is hard to get too and I will do the other 7.Quote was $225 labor + $90.15 for part.(ridiculous to swap a coil pack but I was busy) After truck is dropped off I get a call from some lady saying the replacement is going to be double to price.. no F that I have quote so manager has to pull phone calls to prove I spoke with them and verify the quote. After arguing with them to uphold their quote and listed prices for a day they finally honor their rate. After picking up truck I get 20 miles and check engine light comes back on code flashing for cylinder 8 misfire AGAIN. Get home pop the hood and surprise surprise cylinder 8 coil pack still old dealership replaced cylinder 2 coil pack. Oh but now it gets better they now want me to replace a *** because thats definitely the problem right..Service manager ***** calls to try and right the wrongs and just ******* himself further trying to defend his peoples actions and giving my the same line of BS so they can upcharge me for something else. ***** was supposed to call me back with a quote for an unnecessary *** but its been 3 days now and nothing. Wouldnt expect anything less from a havasu company. Same thing every time overcharge, dont call back, dont fix the actual problem, and want you to be a loyal customer no s**** that enough is enough just because you are the only shop in town doesnt mean your the only shop. & the *** isnt the problem morons sticking valve with a small leak coming from The head gasket that was replace by dodge @ only ****** miles now at ****** its gone again

I'm not one to leave a review, but wow. Usually it's the customer that gets annoyed when the sales guys keep following up, but I'm trying to buy a 100K brand new truck from this place. As I'm about to place my order on my new truck, my salesman I won't mention his name has left for the rest of the week. And I'm here waiting for his call back to place the order. I call again to speak to someone else, I get a voicemail. I call back again and ask to speak to a Manager, the manager tells me he will have someone call me, that never happened. Why am I going out of my way to give this place my business. There are so many other dealerships out there. It's the same price wherever I go. I just wanted to give my favorite city the business. What happened to the days when they would give you their cell numbers so they can always be reached until you close the deal. Like a real estate agent. So sad.

I was helped by Ronnie and JT and I am absolutely ecstatic about my new Jeep truck! I drove all the way from Huntington Beach California (5 hr commute) and it was all worth it. From the moment I walked in, they were super accommodating and showed me the car immediately. All of my paperwork and smog certificates were ready and waiting for me. I brought in the check and made my payment on the car. Whole transaction took less than 1 hour and I was in and out of the dealership with no hassles at all. One of the most painless transactions ever. I'll be coming to Anderson for all of my Jeep needs. I live 15 min away from Huntington Beach Jeep (largest Jeep dealer in the country) and it was a nightmare experience. I refuse to work with them and would rather drive 5 hours to Anderson to buy my cars. Highly recommend. Thanks Ronnie and JT!

Took my car in for an oil change was under dealer manufacturer's warranty. They were ready fast finally. And the girl that was it working on my vehicle even helped me set up the basketball machine so I could play. I would deathly recommend going here because the final awesomeness that they did was they delivered my car back to me at even have to go back out there. She need anything at all and you don't want away and you don't want to go back go to Anderson plays it promotions approved
