My son Christopher, the shop foreman, had suggested that our next vehicle should be a Nissan. We had many discussions about the different models and the mechanics of them. I then did some comparison shopping on the web. I came to the conclusion the Nissan Rogue was the right choice. My wife and I arrived at Anderson Nissan and were greeted by Greg, a very friendly young man. He guided us through the purchase process, explaining different models and answering the many questions my wife had. The finance manager was informative and friendly. Thanks for the great experience.

I was very surprised at how well the Anderson team communicated with me. I haven't ever used them before having bought my car out of sate years ago. I received a recall notice. The team at Anderson got me in the next day and got my car looked at and repaired quicker than they estimated. I even had a timer set because we were on a time restriction. The team was kind and informative. Never pushy or rude. I would definitely consider Anderson Nissan for my next car purchaseor current car repair.

Brought our Kicks in earlier today for its final service before we move to Texas. We’d like to thank the entire Service team for keeping our car in top condition. This was a really good experience, from pulling in the shop to leaving the lot. The waiting area was awesome, service writers were very attentive and anticipated my needs appropriately. Them guys and gals need a raise!

I work for the post office in Flagstaff and I’ve been working close to 80 hours a week. I know winter is coming (sorry for the game of Throne reference) and I need a truck. But it’s incredibly difficult to shop for a truck when you don’t have time away from work.The folks at Nissan Anderson were able to get me the truck that I want it and they were able to bring it to me which I cannot stress enough how huge that is. Thank you Nissan Anderson you guys rock!

I needed to get both my wife’s Nissan Kicks and my Murano in for oil changes but didn’t have an appointment. I showed up at the dealership and made contact with Angela in service department. She took the Kicks right away and said as soon as this car was done take it home and bring the Murano in and we will do that one as well. Throughout both services she kept me updated as to what was happening, recommendations, and overall results upon completion of each vehicle. Her knowledge and sunny personality made it seem I was the only customer she had to deal with which wasn’t the case at all. Her attitude reflects great credit upon herself and Anderson Nissan. Her performance through it all is how customer service should be defined. Great Job!!!

Very happy with service. Wish I could say the same about the service contract you sell . Cost me $6000.00 to have the engine replace. Your service contract rep said I should have watched for any problems that might have started . How was I to see that a plastic heater hose line would brake causing the engine too overheat paid over 2000 for contract that in my mind,isn’t worth the paper it was written on.I will tell everyone I can contact not to buy this service contractPS I only had the car for under a year

Anderson Nissan in LHC AZ is simply the best at friendly, efficient, amazing customer service. From the first greeting with bright, smiling, welcoming Angela, to efficient Ed and staff in service, to the absolutely amazing Jaime and Terri in the office the experience at this business is “over the top”! These employees go way over and above, and there is a great atmosphere of friendliness and concern among these workers. I highly suggest you, someone from the top at Nissan, take time to reward these great people you have working for you. A bonus, gift certificate, even a letter of gratitude for their jobs well done. I see them with other customers and they treat everyone with the same quality of respect and service. Oh I don’t want to leave out the hard working young people you have employed to wash our cars. We were down on our luck and had to have a part we couldn’t get from a part store! Jimmy in parts was amazing on Saturday he ordered our part we had it Tuesday morning!! He was amazing help even talked so kindly to us when we were irritated sitting on the side of the road! Thank you Jimmy in parts we really appreciate your kindness and your fast service getting is what we needed!! You need a raise lol thanks a bunch Jimmy

Very good experience. Starting with Christian who answered my first internet inquiry in a matter of minutes. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and helped guide everyone through the process.Now Ryan on the other hand., well Ryan is a champion ?.They along with the whole staff made things happen especially well.I can only hope that my vehicle will be as dependable as they were.Thanks for making the process a very good experience.Larry Kern

The service manager is good he takes your order but the mechanic doesn't read the work order I came in twice for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked the service manager if they rotated the tires he said they suppose to. I said I want to talk to the mechanic. The service manager ask the mechanic the question. I said to tell the truth because I watched him working on my car from the waiting room. He then said that he didn't rotate tires. The service manager made him do it. We as consumers can't feel we can trust the workman ship.

Probably the most easiest car buying experience I have ever had! Bought a pre owned wagoneer from them today and it was the best deal in over a 500 mile radius! Great customer service and a great deal! Thank you again everyone that helped us, you were a blessing with assisting us in buying our new family vehicle!
