“I live in Havasu and on a Friday afternoon I was was towing my boat out of my driveway and the transmission went out and sprayed oil all over my driveway. I called Bob's My Shop and spoke to Santone. We agreed to have it towed to the shop and they would diagnose the problem first thing Monday. True to his word, Santone called me on Monday and said the truck was fixed and ready to be picked up. He said they found and replaced a broken transmission cooling line and replaced all fluids and verified the transmission was fine. Instead of thousands of dollars for a new transmission, they repaired my truck for a couple of hundred dollars and had it back to me in one day's work. Great job, very reasonable pricing and pleasant to deal with. Best experience with auto repair that I have had in a long time.Thank you to Bob's My Shop!”
“Britton’s went above and beyond. I took my diesel truck in for an oil change. They brought me home and picked me up when it was done. They did additional checks, topped fluids off, checked my batteries and provided some recommendations for continuing to keep my truck in tip-top shape. All the staff was superb! They are extremely conscientious about even the smallest things and strive to make your experience a good one!”

Brought my Cummins in for an oil change and was greeted by the very friendly service advisor Kevin. When I returned to pick up my truck, I was informed of a couple other issues that should be taken care of soon by the mechanic that worked on it named Terry, who also actually owns the same truck. I returned and had Terry fix one of the two problems right away. I can't tell you how happy I am with their service. It is just absolutely fantastic! They do not have a waiting room, but they offer free Uber service to and from your home, which is just unheard of. If you need any type of autocare, I would recomend this as one of the absolute best places to go in Lake Havasu City.”
“I had a keel guard installed by Ron’s. Started to peel off due to heat. Ron was very responsive and had me bring the boat to him as soon as I was in town. Put his guys on it right away. In and out in 30 minutes. Super friendly and honest. Very responsive on communication”
“Great service! We had an exhaust leak that was getting fumes into the car interior. I scheduled a Friday 8:00 AM appointment fearing the the worst that I wouldn't see my car for a week. Stan and Zeke diagnosed the problem and had it repaired by 11:00. I was very impressed. They are professional and very friendly. We full time in an RV and having the car down for an extended period would be a real problem for us. These guys are great, I'd come back for any other repairs.”

“Today I went to Frank’s to see if I could have some minor rock paint chips and a scratch fixed on my white Silverado. Their work exceeded my expectations and the paint looks like damage never happened. I cannot find the spots, where they did the touch up at and it blends perfectly with the original paint. They do great work and did not even want to charge me for the repair. Go see them for your paint damage and everything else”

“An auto shop that cares! James is an awesome guy and very helpful! Went into there with a power steering issue in my Hyundai Elantra and he pointed out there was a recall on the steering column! Most shops would’ve charged an arm and a leg to do the work but he took it upon himself to look into it and pointed me in the right direction to get it fixed! Will definitely be back anytime I’m having issues with vehicles.”

They got it in and got it all fixed up in only one day. (And even dealt with my calling to check the status all day since we were supposed to be leaving)
