“Brand new building that was a long time coming. Directly behind Starbucks and across from Big lots. Was a bit disappointed that there is no actual drive-thru , there are two Walk up ATMs in the front of the building with parking spaces directly in front of these at the front entrance. Where the adequate but not super convenient wheelchair accessible ramp is they're still a 40 to 50 ft distance from ramp to nearest ATM.”

“As I am a regular "Yelper," it is always a distinct pleasure when I come across a business that has provided me with excellent customer service. Businesses are represented by the people they employee. I entered the Well Fargo branch located in Bashes Market on the south end of Lake Havasu City. As I approached the teller window, I was greeted by the teller who had a very friendly smile and a warm greeting. I explained to the teller that I was interested in opening a checking account here at their branch. The employee asked me my name and then introduced me to Heather an Associate Personal Banker. Heather was not only friendly and informative but extremely professional, knowledgeable, and articulate. Before completing our business together, Heather provided me with a printout of the details we had discussed and asked me if I had any additional questions. The point here is, I never felt rushed to leave at anytime. As a final gestor, (one that made me feel like someone important and valued) Heather introduced me to Tabitha, the Branch Manager. I was again very warmly greeted by Tabitha who expressed her thankfulness for choosing to bank with their establishment. I would venture to say that by the time I was ready to leave, their entire staff made me feel like I had just joined their team. Their professionalism combined with their impeccable service has earned them this Yelp review. I have been back to the bank two additional times this week and their warmth and friendliness toward me changes the chore work of banking into a friendly stop to visit new friends.
