“I went into Lake Havasu Branch today and immediately was greeted by Kate as I walked through the door. She asked how she can help me today, I told her I was here to make a withdrawal. She said she can assist me with that. She was very quick and personable during my transaction. Every time I come into this branch the staff is great, I never got this kind of help or courteousness from the big nationwide banks. Thanks for doing a great job and keep up the great work.”
