“We purchased two Velotric Discover 2 E bikes from them. They were very good to us and matched the price we found on line. My bike ended up having an issue with the forks. I brought my bike back to them and they took care of me. Velotric was not very fast in coming to a resolution so they offered to build me a new bike on them. I did not feel it necessary to go that direction.
Because of the way that they handled my situation I feel Cycle Therapy is a place I would recommend to anyone that is looking to purchase a bike. Awesome guys!”
