He was honest with me when insurance did not cover things and gave me alternatives and always asked my permission first. They had a great relationship with the rental car company, Enterprise and I drove a different car while I waited.”

“I'm not even sure where to begin...from the moment I met the crew at Havasu Auto I felt like they were being honest, upfront and open. I'm a single gal alone and so I had concerns about not being taken advantage of at an auto shop, but that was certainly not the case at all! I don't think I've ever been to an Auto shop that was as thorough as this one they sent me a detailed list of what needed to be done and most was stuff I'd already known and there were things I was worried about but they told me was just fine, they are first class. I am setting up to have quite a bit of work done on my car as I can afford it and they are very understanding about that....hats off to Havasu Auto for their professionalism and knowledge!

I reluctantly brought my 1956 Chevy in to Jim and Monique for some repair work. After talking to Jim I immediately felt I finally made the right choice. Jim does high quality repairs, paint and complete builds on all makes of classic cars, hot rod and street performance cars from mild to wild. He had all my issues addressed and repaired in no time.
