Alex who worked in the front was timely, and kept me up to date while my car was being worked on. He was honest with me when insurance did not cover things and gave me alternatives and always asked my permission first. “Cheers to Fritz and his crew! We're from out of town (Denver area) and needed to see whether a deceased relative's 2016 SLK still had any life in it despite not being driven for several years. (The relative had believed it had significant problems and wasn't worth much more than parts.)
Fritz and the team checked it out, took care of a few small things to get it road-ready, and charged a remarkably reasonable fee for the work. They also held onto the car for some time until we could make it back down, and got it cleaned up to the point it looked great! (It had been sitting outside in the elements for a couple of years with the windows cracked, so you can imagine what it looked like when we brought it in.)
Bottom line, Fritz went above and beyond to help us out; I've never met a repair shop owner who was as kind and helpful as Fritz, and I don't think I ever will! Truly love these folks, and if you need work in the LHC area, don't hesitate to see them. Really great, honorable, professional people. We're incredibly thankful for their help!”
“Came in to the service area due to low tire pressure light on. I was on my way out of town for a long car trip and since I was going to be driving right by the dealer, I stopped in to see if they could air up the tires. I was shown two of my tires were damaged, one had a rip in it. I had all 4 tires replaced immediately and was able to continue my road trip to catch a flight. Appreciated the professionalism and quick servicing.”

Stan and Zeke diagnosed the problem and had it repaired by 11:00. I was very impressed. They are professional and very friendly. “I can't speak highly enough of Benny Jr. We got a flat tire on our trailer last Sunday and he was the only one who was willing to help us out. It was 115 degrees and he worked in the hot sun to replace the tire and get us on our way On top of that he has a great attitude and a father who is proud of his kids.”
