See review for Bradley Chevrolet:1. Same stale sales tactics and slight of hand parlor tricks and games, used for 100 years plus.2. Service writers on commission.3. Profits first - Customer ( or target ), last, if that.4. A " Las Vegas type Crapshoot ", with even worse odds for buyers.4. If you don't mind wasting time being taken for a ride as a stooge or sucker, take your business to any Bradley dealership. They, will give you " the business ". Thank you, John, Sharon and Dante!!! I am writing this 5 star review early as we just purchased our '23 F-150 STX 3 days ago and Ford hasn't requested a review from us quite yet. I am amazed at the kindness, helpfulness and professionalism of Bradley ford(John the sales exec., Sharon who delivered the truck, and Dante the finance Guru and all around accessories wizard!) Now, writing this review, I am anticipating my payoff on my old Audi to be on time by Ford but counting that it will. I am not easy on reviews but this dealership did their best to to be upfront and fair. Even after I took the truck, I had some questions on the radio antenna as well as the included bed liner which Dante handled like a pro. We had been to several other dealerships in Henderson, Kingman thinking we'd get a better deal but realized Bradley Ford laid all the information clearly out(from John the sales person) from the beginning. They offered all the available promotions and discounts from the beginning where as other dealers held them back and tried to call us after we left their dealership. We will continue to take the Truck for service at Bradley as well as recommend them to others. Once my Audi that they bought is paid off on time as well as a few other minor details we are handling w/the bed liner, I will update this review to confirm the 5 stars. John, Sharon and Dante really deserve to be recognized for their above and beyond service.

Scheduled an oil change online and put in all truck details and picked the $56 oil change. When I showed up the service writer put $90 down as estimate...I told her what I reserved online and she wrote it on the paper and said she would show to cashier. Well when truck was done cashier handed me a bill for $80 and I said I thought it was $56 and she said sorry but she will call the service manager over. I showed the manager THEIR WEBSITE WITH LISTED PRICES and she said oh that's not for all cars...I asked why did it ask for all vehicle info and then give me the price to reserve? She then stated "yeah the website is kinda misleading, would 10% off make you happy" ...I told her whatever since she was being rather short and rude like I was bothering her...I know it's only an extra $20 of what the website says but false advertising really pisses me off...all the other crappy Yelp reviews are probably accurate from what I saw today...I will never be back...whoever the GM is feel free to call me and I may fix this review...you got my info just ask your rude Service Manager!

The worst dealership i have encountered in 60 Years, service writers are on break at 8 am, they start at 7.30 all are useless mouth pices.Waited for 10 mins in front of all four as they drank, coffe, ate donuts, did not answer the pnones, and one CLOWN re aranged his ice cooler behind his desk AY 8 AM IN THE MORNINGMike bradley has no clue how to run a dealership, he got his dealership from MOMMY AND DADDY HE TOO IS A CLOWN............GO TO ANDERSON, BULLHEAD CITY OR KINGMANLOSERS TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL

My car has been in for regular service, and they told me about a rear shock that was leaking. I told them, "Didn't you replace a rear shock for me under warranty?" "Yes" they responded, "the same one that is leaking." They checked, and it was still under the manufacturer warranty for a couple of months. I tried so many times to make an appointment to get that replaced. The service advisor that handled it would not return any of my calls. Another service advisor said she could not handle it and would have him return my call. Never happened, and now the warranty has expired. Funny, how how that worked out, huh? Next service they didn't return my calls while my car was there for three days.

I thought I had an appointment I had made online. But when I showed up for the appointment I thought I had made, I was conveniently dismissed stating I wasn't on their computer! That the earliest they could fit me in was 2 days out. I explained that when I had "thought" I had made my appointment, the scheduling was wide open and surely they could not have filled up that quickly! I was told that the reason for that was because their scheduling revolves a lot around online appointments! Huh!!! There's nobody here!! Anyway, I told her I couldn't reschedule it for Saturday per her suggestion due to I was running on a Dead Battery and needed help. She then proceeded to tell me that maybe she could fit me in around the 4th of July!??? So to say, I have been doing business with Bradley Ford for over 20 years, and bought 2 vehicles from them. Have always maintained my cars with them. Anyway, I think I'm done with Bradley Ford, and by the reviews I've read so a lot of other customers!

Tried numerous times to schedule a oil change, with numerous contacts (employees) wanted to make sure the specific oil and filter for my Shelby was in stock ordered.Gave vin number, my contact information, part numbers, to many, many employees, NONE ever responded, followed up or arranged for the oil change. Worst service ever, worst dealer ! Do not use this dealer !Here are the names....Shawn W, Kristal B, Peisha B, Amelia S......Yes 4 people, asking the same questions, same info, and never got back to me. This was last year but I still think about the terrible service and time wasted with this outfit. Horrible customer service !

Bought a new 2023 f150 today . Fred was my salesmen awesome guy ! Made the experience fun and professional. Not pushy at all, that was nice for a change . All around a good experience . If your looking for a new vehicle, I would definitely recommend going in and talking to Fred. Awesome guy awesome service! Thanks again

Called service several times to make appointments, left massages, no response so far it's been almost a week. The courtesy of a return call would be nice. Guessing my next vehicle, I've bought several at Havasu , will be from kingman or Phoenix.

Stay away from this dealership if you are looking for a pleasant no hassle car buying experience. We dealt with Scott in car sales. He told me he was in internet sales. Internet sales at reputable dealerships usually means you get down to the best bottom line price of a vehicle without all the usual B.S. you normally experience when you walk into a dealership unannounced.We were looking at a 2022 Bronco Sport Outer Banks. Scott did not have the horsepower to do a deal on his own and was apparently going to a manager to get a price. I had shopped via the internet and told Scott up front that the best deal I could find was $1,000 BELOW MSRP. After waiting about half an hour to get a price it was $5,000 OVER MSRP with a $1,000 discount, so total price was $4,000 over MSRP. I told Scott we were about five thousand dollars apart and got up to leave. Scott ran back into the manager's office and came back out offering to take another $1,500 off the price. Needless to say I left and will not return to this dealership for any type of car sales. This is a typical small town dealership. Save yourself the time and trouble and go elsewhere!

Stopped into this dealer without an appointment over Labor Day weekend. I had a setting for my truck that needed reset after changing my battery, my steps were not working. I was promptly helped and my issue was fixed by technician Tim. The female service advisor was extremely courteous and helpful as well. Would definitely recommend this dealer and service department. True professionals, thank you Bradley Ford.
