Stay away from this dealership if you are looking for a pleasant no hassle car buying experience. We dealt with Scott in car sales. He told me he was in internet sales. Internet sales at reputable dealerships usually means you get down to the best bottom line price of a vehicle without all the usual B.S. you normally experience when you walk into a dealership unannounced. We were looking at a 2022 Bronco Sport Outer Banks. Scott did not have the horsepower to do a deal on his own and was apparently going to a manager to get a price. I had shopped via the internet and told Scott up front that the best deal I could find was $1,000 BELOW MSRP. After waiting about half an hour to get a price it was $5,000 OVER MSRP with a $1,000 discount, so total price was $4,000 over MSRP. I told Scott we were about five thousand dollars apart and got up to leave. Scott ran back into the manager's office and came back out offering to take another $1,500 off the price. Needless to say I left and will not return to this dealership for any type of car sales. This is a typical small town dealership. Save yourself the time and trouble and go elsewhere!

Im 62 years old and this is hands down the worst ford dealer in the country. Tried to get a part, (air filter) for our E450 class C and the parts dept said because of covid out of stock and cannot be ordered. Went to a real Ford dealer and they had 15 in stock and said they were readily available. He just had a updated part #.

Up date to my 12/03/2022 Ford F-350 SuperDuty. My remote start failed to start the truck. The check engine light was on once again. After taking my truck back on 12/04/2022 for the same check engine light problem that has been ongoing for almost a month now once again came on after leaving the dealership within 1 mile. I turned around and drove back in the gate as they were closing up. They told me that my batteries were showing a voltage drop and my remote start didn't work because of that. They went on to tell me that Ford Vehicles only like OEM parts and wanted to install 2 new Ford Batteries. The mechanic also reset the check engine light so it went out. I drove my truck out of their lot and went right to Auto Zone where I purchased the batteries 6 months earlier to have them check out with a load tester. They both checked out 100% at 850 cranking amps. They also did a diagnostic check showing 2 faults and that's why my check engine light was on. DEF heater needed to be replaced & a reset on the other code. I took my test results to Ford the following day. They confirmed Auto Zone's findings. They had to replace the DEF heater & reset the computer once again. My wife is going through cancer treatments and I have to drive her there daily and I didn't need all this stress that I had to go through. It's pretty sad that Auto Zone knows more about my Ford Truck than Bradley Ford does. I have talked to Bill (Manager) ..... Glen (Service Manager) and i still had to go through all this to get the truck repaired. Now I know why they only get 1 star reviews In Yelp!

Horrible experience. Long story short...I brought truck in for recall. Had to wait 6 weeks for appt. Did OTHER service so they could make money and they managed to not do the recall. Picked truck up on a Saturday and no mechanic was available and the engine light for recall was still on. They told me not to worry and to bring truck back at my convenience. Gave me a generic recall notice that was DIFFERENT from my original. Brought truck back later and recall had expired. Didn't do the right thing (oops we messed up but told me not to worry when I picked it up). I feel bad for Lena who has always been professional but company had no mechanics, and now has a new manager who doesn't know how to do damage control for a situation where the company was understaffed. If you take your car there you will be underwhelmed. I have never had to go to this extreme to share such a poor experience to send a message to management, but it is now about the fact that Bradley Ford is embarrassing the ford emblem and I will not tolerate that. I will send my letter where the lady (Andrea) from the corporate office told me she couldn't believe that an actual dealership wouldn't honor their mistake, in the warranty department in Michigan. I am embarrassed as a shareholder, and a ford enthusiast.

My friend is out of town and asked me to pick up his car at the Bradley Collision Center when they call to say the repair is completed. Bradley contacted me yesterday and said the car was ready. I told Sam I would be there to pick it up this morning. My wife drove me over there about 9 am. There was no one there that could help me and someone in the office said they couldn't help because they work for another company. They also indicated that someone would be back shortly. I waited 20 minutes and I asked a lady in the office if she could find out where one of the employees are so they can help me. She said that she doesn't have any telephone numbers for them. I decided to go to the dealership a few blocks away (They recently moved their collision center to a new offsite facility. The receptionist at the dealership was very nice and said they are on their way back to the collision center, so my wife and I drove back there. There were more people this time at the Collision Center that said they work for another company, but someone that could help me is not there yet to help.Well after another 10 or so minutes we left and I left a message on Sam's phone to arrange for someone to deliver my friends vehicle. It's been a few hours and I haven't heard back. Employees are there that can't help and have no way of communicating to those who can or care. I wouldn't buy a little red wagon from this dealership. That is why so many locals drive to Phoenix to buy their Chevrolet or Ford vehicles.

Terrible customer service. Bought our lincoln aviator from Bradley ford August 2020. We have booked 3 different appointments with them. NO SHOWS. The lincoln guarantee states that they will pick your car up and provide a loaner car. Three different appointments and they showed up Mike Bradley....you need to pay attention to your business! We will never buy a car from your company again!

I came in for a basic oil change. She said she asked me if I wanted a tire rotation. I never heard her ask me about any tire rotation, only what type of oil I wanted, blended or full synthetic. I said I'll take blended. After the work was done I payed and left. When I checked the paperwork the box for tire rotation was not checked. When I called her to address this issue she said I refused the tire rotation. Nonsense, why wouldn't I want a complimentary tire rotation. She got huffy with me over some so trivial I couldn't believe it. How about, sorry Mr customer, I thought you said no. But no worries, come on down and we'll take care of it. Wow! She was not having it, I, in her mind said I said no to a tire rotation. Bad attitude! Her name was Lena.

Terrible customer service and incredibly unprofessional. Took my truck in to have work done before a very big drive. Made an appointment 2 weeks out, which is totally fine, I do not mind scheduling a little but out. However when I showed up to my appointment, the service department informed me that there was no appointment. All of the things I had scheduled, they said they could get to, but clearly did not. Now my check engine light is on, 2 days after I was at Ford. They informed me when I was there that they were scheduling 2 weeks to 1 month out, so if something needed repaired, they would have no clue when they could get to it. Please, schedule accordingly and don't put potential customers in a safety bind because of poor operations and scheduling management.
