We bought a jeep form this Chevy dealership.what a mistake. It only had 14000 miles. We got the extended warranty.and they will not fix or even replace a faulty battery that they installed.this dealership should be investigated for resale lemons too veteran.

1. Typical Car Sales staff, slight of hand, baiting and switching tactics, meeting with the manager " to approve the deal " which hasn't changed in 100 years. When all they are doing is refilling a cup of coffee out in the hallway.2. Service Bay Advisors not to be relied on as to appointments given. I.E., if a bigger money maker job comes in, you may find your vehicle, sitting somewhere on the property, instead of being serviced. On commissions.3. I resolved issues with one of my vehicles myself, in the course of a week, I brought to them for 5 years,Simply by reading up, and executing instructions. 4. It isn't that the mechanical staff can't perform the repair. It is that it is a commission shop, where service writers, get a piece of the action, for jobs written up. Thus, mechanics get pulled off your repair, for a big money job, instead, leading to higher commissions to Service Writers. Much as contractors do, when they see a higher profit elsewhere, and don't honor commitments to you, by not showing up, not calling etc.See the " Let Joe Know " segment on ABC news.Similar in that regard. Profit first-you last, if that.

I've have never in my wholelife been treated as poorly and unjust as we were with Bradley Chevorlet. We brought a brand new 2024 GMC duelly and brought it into Bradley Chevorlet for an oil leak, mind you we've only had the truck in our possession for a week. We turned it in on Monday, signed nothing and got a call on Tuesday stating the truck had a huge dent in the back wheel well. We had a meeting with Arnold the GM and spent two weeks arguing over who put the dent into our brand new truck. Funny, why would we spend over $100,000 on our truck and dent it ourselves. The lack of communication after our meeting was absurd. Interesting though, we talked to other employees who currently work at dealership and they stated Bradley was responsible for the dent and they were going to repair it. Shockingly, we never heard anything back from Arnold. 4 weeks later we finally received our truck back with an oil leak worse then when we first brought it in. We had to tow the truck to Vegas and have it repaired correctly. That took another week. I've never been as disrespected from one place with multiple people as I was with this dealership. We will never ever ever ever go to Bradley Chevrolet, and will defer anyone and everyone we know from going there. Worse experience of my life.

On October 16, 2023 I had brought my brand new GMC Denali, Dooley for service for an oil leak and a misaligned bumper from the factory I dropped it off Monday morning at8:30 in the morning on October 17. Chad had called me and said that they found the oil leak and notify me of a dent in the side of the vehicle with a scratch and I asked him what are you talking about? There's no dents on the vehicle. I went down to the dealership looked at my vehicle and there's a huge dent in the Dooley where they had hit something with it and refused to fix it and told me it's my problem. I talked to Tom Arnold and he will not do anything about repairing my vehicle that is spent over $100,000 on. This vehicle has 1000 miles on it. One and a half weeks old. Tom Arnold told me that they're not responsible for any damages to the vehicle.

Ricky was 5 stars. His customer service is impeccable. However, we went in for a recall and a replacement part. It was over 369$ for new part. We were there about 2 hours , go to test it in parking lot and we're like dang they were too cheap to put the wind shield wiper fluid in. So, we left. Then my husband goes to pour in the fluid at home and what do you know it's leaking out the bottom again! So he had to take the time to get under the car and figure out what was going on . Then he had to take something apart only to discover the hose was not connected. So, the mechanic didn't even check his work and now we know we have to babysit everyone and check it in the future before we leave the property. Which you shouldn't have to do since you paid for a service and it should be done correctly the first time.UPDATE: Ricky reached out and apologized. He made things right.

Onions to Bradley Chevrolet , the service rep Chad and the service manager Todd I think , both are dishonest , and have no concern for customer satisfaction , safety, or return business . I have taken my new truck there 4 times in a year , oil /tire rotation, and warranty issues w small parts etc . and on my last visit I became aware that they were saying that services were preformed , but were not, when confronted , the service adv denied and made excuses, then the manager just simply didn't care or think it was a problem , quote, Serv adv Chad " tires DO NOT have an average mileage expextancy" and "mechanics don't know anything about tire inspection" when I call to see if warranty parts have arrived, they can't find the order and never call back, this has been going on since 9-6-22 .

So, I brought (2019 GMC Arcadia) in for service. I needed an oil change a couple weeks ago. During the service they placed the car under a swap cooler, and it dripped on it and I brought it up to the customer service rep (Chad) and the service manager (Ryan) came out and saw the issue. He offers to wash the car, but I said I would take care of it, and he offered to take care of me on a further service. I got home and tried to wash the water stain, but it had already etched the paint. I tried to buff out the paint and it still was damaged. So, I wrote a negative review on the GM survey on my experience. I got an email from Bradley to stop by to see what they could do to make it right.Today (9/1/2022) I stopped and talked with the service manager (Ryan again) and he started in on me saying (WITH A LOUD VOICE) I'm nothing but a keyboard complainer and would not talk to him face to face about my issue. We talked more about the issue, but Ryan continued to rase his voice the whole time. So, I said I would take care of this issue and that I would not have my 4 GM vehicles serviced at Bradley's anymore. Ryan's comment was (You didn't buy it here anyway)
