Graig and his staff are the best. They sure know what they are doing, especially on Jeeps.

I left my 1999 Dodge diesel truck with Greg due to weak starting.Replaced the alternator and starter. He kept me informed of the repairs I needed and fixed it quickly.. I am so glad to find a mechanic here in Lake Havasu City that I can totally trust. I highly recommend this shop, The owner Greg is a MOPAR expert and super nice guy. Thanks for all your help Greg.

We've used this shop twice now, the first time my husband used him to fix something on his exhaust for his dually. With our experience then, we should've known. This guy doesn't remember what he tells customers. He told my husband he would call him with a time the exhaust would be done, never did, and got rude with my husband when he called to see when it would be done, two DAYS after the fact. My car has been having an issue with one of the temperature gauges getting stuck. So we took my car to him. He told my husband he was ordering the part on Friday, and to bring the car back Tuesday morning at 8 am. Well, we just attempted to take it back there. I say attempted because he informed my husband that he never ordered the part because we didn't pay for the part before he ordered it...never dealt with that before but okay. He told my husband when he picked the car up on Friday that he didn't need to worry about it, he could pay once the work was completed (I drove my husband so he didn't have his wallet). We arrive Tuesday, like he told us to, and get told he hasn't ordered a $100 part because we haven't paid yet. So we left. We called Roadrunner Automotive and they quoted us $250 less than what this guy was trying to charge us. This guy doesn't remember what he tells customers, and can't even give a courtesy phone call to let you know you need to pre-pay for certain things. Which I've never encountered at a shop before for a $100 part. Along with a big ole serving of rude on the side. Would not recommend wasting your time trying to take your vehicle here. Take it to roadrunner automotive!

As a woman I feel that I was treated equally as the guys. He was able to find a necessary new part that even our Chrysler dealer wasn't able to do.

Spent 1200$ to get a fuel pump replaced my jeep is leaking fuel from the fuel pump that he “replaced” told me he can look at it when he has time now I risk my vehicle catching on fire. Don’t go to this guy if you want your vehicle fixed properly

Know what you need and where to get parts. Watching as as they took apart and reassembled the dash to replace a module was art in motion.

I drove my Mercedes C300 out from Los Angeles to Lake Havasu. On my way my alternator started giving out and producing a nasty rattling noise. I called Chicago Automotive on Saturday morning and was told to come down to have my car diagnosed. Upon getting there Greg greeted me and immediately started helping me out. He quickly diagnosed the issue and charged me nothing for the time. Greg worked with me while I was back in California to get the part ordered and my car repaired. Overall it was a positive professional experience and I would recommend Chicago to anyone with auto issues in the area or just passing through.

Not a good experience. When you drop off your vehicle and told it will be ready by the end of the week....but you don't get it back for 8 weeks. It does not make for a happy customer. Especially when there was no viable excuse for it.

My dodge van is currently in the shop there... after seeing no less than 6 mechanics in the last 4 1/2 months, with no one able to figure it out, I actually have faith that this guy is a straight shooter and possibly a wizard. He seems willing to take on daunting tasks with a "Oh yeah? Try me, vehicle. Let's go. I'll tame you yet." attitude that I appreciate... that van needs a stern talking to and a kick in the pants. Plus I'm pretty sure he likes dogs and has a rather large one, so he's definitely zombie apocalypse my team. Thank you ahead of time, boss man, if you can't fix her.... sometimes you can't turn a ho into a housewife.
