If I could give this company, if it is a company negative stars I would: I had made an appointment with the gentleman that answered the number for Saturday at 11 AM. Apparently when I tried calling today, the number that I saved for Saturday’s windshield repair, the lady answered, and it was extremely rude yelling at me telling me she doesn’t know who I am and that nobody but her answers that phone her husband does not answer the phone. I told her that I did talk to somebody. I’m not sure who it was or why it’s being said I did not. Very weird very rude. I would not suggest this place so many more respectable companies in town that treat customers with respect

I would give a -1. Nice people but zero follow through. I originally called to get chip fixed when they attempted to fix it cracked, they explained that it happens sometimes. So next plan of attack they offered to take money off deductible to replace winshield. Thank you very generous. But..... after several phone call back and forth, radio silence! Then I hit up safelight, another disaster in the making took nearly 6 months. Most frustrating is that Cmg wasted so much of my time with their chin music. I would never recommend never ever. t

Inconsistent with phone calls and would not follow up on my order. I had to call on three separate times to follow up even though they stated they would call me. Installed a new windshield then my windshield wipers would not turn on. They are not willing to take ownership of wipers not working. They worked that morning an hour before installing windshield. I do not recommend. Very upset.Service: Auto windshield replacement

the customer service was bad from the 1st phone call.i called and she said call me back at 1:30 from that time on nobody answer phone. i called and left all info for monday opening 8-10 for service call because that is what she needed at 1:30. no response-so called at 7:30 monday not avail at 8-10 but 1-3 said ok. no show no phone call! we waited around till 4 pm and called several times with no response. i guess our business was not important to them!
