Came to Havasu without my medications OH NO.I called my doctors and pharmacy to help me out. They called CVS on lake Havasu Blvd. I was worried how this all was going to work. Great parking right in front that was a plus. I made my way to the pharmacy no waiting. I explained my absence mindedness gave them my name and birthday. The pharmacist assistant smiled disappeared and came back with a small sack containing everything I'd left on the counter in the kitchen at home in California. Is this what your looking for? She asked, I was saved. Everyone at CVS was great. I was so relieved. This store isn't like the ones in California this one is much larger plus the liquor dept. was awesome well stocked with all your favorites flavors. Thanks to everyone at the CVS Say hi to the pharmacists on your next visit.

went down to this pharmacy to find out if I could get a medication. It is a medication for hypertension and an arrhythmia issue. The pharmacy tech that I spoke with, wouldn't even look me in the eye. When I asked him if he could help me find out if I could transfer an RX, he pretty much just waved me off and said no. I would not recommend this pharmacy or any pharmacy in this chain. They are rude and have no respect for anyone.

This place has always been friendly and welcoming and welcoming! Why would you ever give less than 5 Stars! A big cheer out to everyone who works there. Always ask me the questions and make sure that they did everything that I asked!

04/08/2023 So I had a ligament was torn from my arm, went to the hospital and was given a script for pain killers. They sent the script over to get me the pain killers asap as I was in excruciating pain. I show up and was tile they did not have the meds and I needed to call the hospital and get it changed. I was in shock, never had that happen before. The pharmacy called to get it changed. I called the hospital and was advised they needed to call. I called them back and now they are closed. I am absolutely pissed at this point. I am in massive pain and can't move my left side. This LAZY POS pharmacy tech ( who looks like he is about to go to RAVE,) just basically told me to pound sand was ready to clock out and didn't give a crap about the pain a customer was in!! Little does he know ( I'm going back in the morning to get all his info) I'm in the Pharmacy regulation industry for both California and Arizona and will be I touch with one of the SR VP's for CVS. Yes I will be calling her personally on EASTER to discuss this with her. This will not be overlooked.. At all !!

---CUSTOMERS BEWARE---CVS LAKE HAVASU CITY IS THE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH IN MY 50 YEARS!!! IF NEW TO THE CITY OR IF YOU WANT TO TRANFER, I HIGHLY RECOMMED STAYING AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY AS YOU CAN. EXSPECIALLY THE PHARMASIST HIMSELF!!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, INCONSIDERATE AND HE HAS RISKED MY LIFE MORE THEN ONCE BY NOT PROVIDING ME WITH LEGALLY REQUIRED INFORMATION AND MEDS ON TIME, DUE TO ERRORS OF THEIRS, NOT MINE!!!

I am giving a poor review because I own a business in California that has been repeatedly called by CVS customers asking for the 24 hour pharmacy This has been going on off and on since early last spring. I have to track down the CVS google posting that has my business phone number. It takes several days for google to make the corrections to the correct number. CVS staff that I have tried to talk to are not able or willing to help. More importantly is the frustration I hear from the CVS customer that I can't help. I sincerely hope someone at CVS will see this and take steps to prevent it from happening. Evidently anyone can claim an unclaimed business google post and change or make up any phone number they want toFrustrated

Absolutely the worst customer service. Do not recommend using the drive thru at all. They hide behind tinted windows that they don't open (new since Covid). They put the person with the softest voice on speaker. Mumbles, tells you one price then says she never said it and argues with you. Told me my blood sugar supplies weren't covered and I would have to order them mail order at full price or I could buy them on Amazon when in reality they are 100 percent covered. Had to get the insurance company involved. Staff stands around chatting with each other. If you come to the counter they act like it is an inconvenience to have to serve you. Or better yet they argue with you. Corporate CVS should launch an investigation into what goes on here. If it were possible to give negative stars I would. They can only go up as they are at Rock bottom in the pharmacy.

Not happy with this joint. I have 12 Perscriptions and set up my account for mail delivery, no problem with 11 of the 12, but they refuse to mail glucose test strips, the least danger of my drugs. So, I look at their website, open 7am-11pm, sign on the window 8am-10pm, 8:10am, nobody their. I asked the snotty manager what time the pharmacy opened, she said 9am, as they have been doing since COVID. I asked her why their website and sign on window had earlier times, she said it wasn't her problem !! Well, she didn't pay for my time and fuel, so, it is her problem...
