My friends took their truck to this shop and they were very disappointed. The owner did not listen to them at all and just did whatever he wanted. He told them they needed front end parts, but when the husband checked, the parts were fine. Then the owner said he hadn't actually looked at them, but they were loose. He charged them a lot for repairs he did make. This is a retired couple and he cost them 4 months worth of income for an unnecessary repair. I feel so bad for them.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I took my truck to them with a check engine light for the turbo, but the truck ran perfectly. I told them I thought it could be a computer problem because it had been showing other erroneous codes. The owner apparently did not listen to a word I said because he just changed the turbo (for over $8000) without looking at the computer issue, and it took him two weeks. He also padded the bill with extra parts, but when I caught that he refunded $500. A week later the check engine light came on and I took it to a real mechanic, who updated 3 computer modules, and only charged a couple hundred dollars. He said that if the turbo vanes were frozen (as Done Right claimed on their bill) the truck would not have run properly, but it never showed any symptoms, even when towing. Done Right certainly did not do me right!

We had an issue with our Turbocharger. The shop in WI we took it to, literally did everything BUT the turbo and told us it was fixed. Done Right listened to me when I showed the code my Fixd brought up and actually did the work and fixed it. They worked with extended warranty and it was done within a few days! If you need work, I highly recommend them! 2017 Buick Encore.

I don't usually post bad things about a place but I feel I must in this case. I had my car towed there and their quote to fix it was double the price of other shops so buyer beware shop around.

Chet & the team are honest, down to earth folks. I appreciate the fact that they show you with photos or in person the issues they find... not just just telling you what they find. They sure can get your AC Ice Cold!

Great work, they went above and beyond. Replaced some extra suspension parts for me I didn't even know about.
My old Jeep has never driven better.

Took RV in for hydraulic jack reservoir leak. Chet did a great job! No more leak and no more creaking noise coming from jacks when they are in use. He also fixed a water pump leak too!!! Thanks Chet!

Yeah don't take your car here and expect Chet to correct his work if it's not right. He will make you feel like your the problem. Chet refuses to accept any input from anyone but himself. I took the alignment specs from the manufacturer of the suspension on my truck and Chet told me " what are these people gods and I don't know anything?" I was just trying to give him as much info as possible because it's clear he doesn't understand how to align Dodge 4x4 trucks. I purchased a brand new set of tires on Chet's recommendation only to have him tell me the tires I bought were not expensive enough and if I spend more on tires the problem of the pulling or drifting will go away. Really after 2 alignments and $2000 in new parts to just keep blaming the tires. Wtf? Go here at your own risk. Good luck!
