In Havasu for the week and our a/c went out as we arrived on Friday. I called around and everyone had a 2 to 3 week wait and they told me to come in first thing Monday morning. They had us ready to go that day. Thank you to Steve and the guys for salvaging my family's vacation.

Tom and Steve are wonderful, honest, accommodating and the only place we will take our vehicles. Three of our cars have been here plus our extended family’s cars. Reliable service always. Much appreciated after trying several other places in town. Won’t go anywhere else.

The person on the phone was helpful and quoted a price range and scheduled an apt to bring my 1991 Dodge in ASAP. I did however chose to order the part and replace it myself. When I called to let them know I was cancelling the second person I spoke to was also pleasant and was kind enough to wish me luck and tell me to call again if I was not successful.
