“We moved into the area fairly recently and are finally looking for a gym. We chose this one because it was closest to our home on the North side. I was pleasantly surprised at how well organized it was how clean it was and how many machines they offered. I was also happily surprised that one of the trainers was also a PT therapist as my hip was just replaced and I will need that strengthened as I go through the rest of it. So it seems like this particular gym will meet all of our needs. Look forward to getting a membership”

“Everybody's so nice and helpful. Love the classes even though I have to drive from the other side of town it's worth it. Just don't appreciate people wearing heavy rancid/sour perfume to class that makes me I'll/can't breathe. Strict policies against at at all other gyms. Otherwise, love the place. Kickboxing is super awesome. Highly recommend.”

“I love this gym! Monica is so upbeat and happy when I come in. She greets everyone who comes in and leaves. I’ve even seen her walking the floor while she’s cleaning talking to other people working out asking how they are doing with their workout and sharing motivational comments with them. You can see she loves what she’s doing and cares about the people that come it. She’s wonderful!”

“I did a 3 day free trial and now I’m hooked. The staff and other members are so encouraging. Lorena worked out with me initially in case I needed assistance or had questions. The workouts are effective and fun! Since each workout is different, you are never bored. I highly recommend this gym!”
