We stayed there for a night, last night of our honeymoon in Havasu so we splurged and went for the “inferno” room. It was really nice, definitely one of those spring break party rooms. But we didn’t have a mini fridge so a lot of our road-trip stuff went back, seems strange they have a billion cabinets but no mini fridge. Also you can see straight into the bathroom from the giant sliding doors, which is fine but the curtains to hide the bathroom are filthy, pretty sure one had blood on it. Beds were meh, pillows were flatter than flat. When I was taking the sheets off to help the housekeeper, I found a dead bug in the sheets, and the mattress pad and protector were also disgusting. Oh and the door didn’t fit??? It was too small for the frame so you could see light all the way around it, bit nerve racking.Rooms: Definitely one for spring breakers partying it up. The noise isn’t too bad for being right on the water, but we sleep like the deadNearby activities: Very centrally located.

We had an event to attend in the Lake Havasu area. Tend to pick boutique hotels when we travel and avoid the chain hotels. This looked great on the website. Although as a boutique hotel, they need better care. The room wasn't cheap. Yes, the location was great. No pool on site. The bar is part of the front desk, there was a patio area, but it wasn't fully set up.We had our dog with us. There is a park nearby for dogs but was never told by the front desk about it, we happened to it by chance. It's those attention to details one expects when paying for a higher end hotel.Elevator was dirty. So were the carpet hallways. Room was a nice size, but again, not clean to our standards. Bed /mattress were super uncomfortable.Couch was filthy with water stains. Same with the carpet.Since they sell themselves as a boutique hotel, they need to up their game a bit.We had friends stay at the Hampton Inn down the street. Half the price, and the room / hotel were cleaner.Bummed.

I love this hotel, I think it's the best place to stay in Lake Havasu City! It's right there by the London Bridge and you can park your car and walk just about anywhere. The place is clean and the hotel staff is very eager to please! We have stayed here a few times and never had a bad stay.

We booked a last minute getaway to celebrate a birthday. The Heat hotel reached out prior and asked what we were celebrating. I informed them of my husbands birthday and when we arrived they gave him well wishes and they even had a bottle of sparkling wine. The staff was really the highlight of this trip, besides the gorgeous views. They were just very nice, helpful and made it seem like a five star plus hotel. Our only issue was the ac struggling, we never got it below 77 and it was only 85 out. It was tolerable because of the lower temps but had it been a true 100+ day we would have melted.

I booked an Inferno King Suite for a few weekday nights. The room was very nice with plenty of space to entertain. The 8 person shower and Jacuzzi was a nice bonus as well, as we all prefer the ability to have a shower party ;) There was a nicely stocked mini bar with reasonably priced drinks which is always appreciated. There were large glass doors that opened up to the river/dock area, which I'm sure are great when it's not 120 degrees outside. 2 large couches, 1 was a pull out bed which is a nice option if you're utilizing the 8 person limit on the room. So the downsides were not horrible but bothered me. The outside bar is kind of trash and wasn't even open for my stay. My door wouldn't close properly. A child could literally kick it open and the deadbolt wouldn't engage. The pillows were complete trash, had to stack all 4 to make the equivalent of 1 standard pillow. The bed had a weird topper on it that just felt wrong. The window curtains don't completely block out light, so with the bright lights outside the room at night it always looks like daytime in the room. If you need a dark room to sleep like me than this will suck for you.

What a gem! Modern, great, friendly staff and reasonably priced! Rooms are beautiful with a great view! I had a fantastic weekend getaway here from LA. Great location, super friendly staff and what a beautiful city! The room was perfect. I def wanna come back and stay in a suite next time. So many cool things walking distance and for your "exercisers" out there, a free bike rental is included and the Island Trail was super fun to bike and run! Shout out to Nicole for making us feel at home. I'm already thinking about a return trip next month. Sending love and good vibes. Thanks so much!!Rooms: Great end remodel

Wifi did not work. Coffee pot did not work. We did not complain because we arrived late due to business and had to leave early. Premise is not kept in good shape. Parts of building need a facelift. Premise was dirty, which made us feel the inteerior must not be that clean.

This location is optimum for a quick walk to the canal beach area. The rooms are updated, clean and quiet. All rooms face the canal with a beautiful view from the patio. There is also a bar in the lobby. Another bar is located outside but was not open during our stay.

What an amazing view- 2nd time staying here and I'm pretty sure every room has a great view of the London Bridge- I didn't know it was the actual London Bridge! Crazy story about how it came to be in Lake Havasu City, AZ. The hotel has a full bar- staff is friednly and my room had a deck just to sit on and people watch and take in the fresh air. This location is central to being able to walk to almost any shop in town. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms! Thank you Heat Hotel!

A known experience, friendliness of staff, smaller size and proximately to water, walking, and all I desire to do if vacationing or working. I have stayed at this property for years; they continually upgrade or change and support my needs. Thank You

There is a bar at the reception desk and a small bar outside. Not much else. A clean room with a remodeled bathroom was a plus. The location was perfect. The hotel is right by the water. We had a beautiful view of the bridge. Walking distance to quite a few restaurants.
