After stopping at both Lowe’s and Home Depot, Justin was the only person who genuinely greeted her and made her feel welcome—and from that moment on, I knew we were in good hands.
We ended up purchasing our flooring around 8:30 PM, and even that late in the evening, Justin went completely above and beyond. He personally made sure our order was properly set up, loaded, and prepared for early-morning will-call pickup the next day. He didn’t rush us, didn’t pass us off, and made sure every detail was handled before we left.
