After posting my experience about the fraud I had at Arizona Financial Credit union, they reached out to me and asked me to contact them via e-mail to resolve the issue, so I did. Arizona Financial Credit Union replied by e-mail 3 days later that they have reviewed the matter and consider it closed. Arizona Financial Credit Union has not reimbursed the money stolen from me and appears they will not stand behind me as a customer. Buyer beware, if protection of your money is important, this is not the financial institution for you.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with the customer service department of Arizona Financial and I must say that the experience was nothing short of terrible. Not only did they provide inadequate assistance, but their response to a clear case of fraud was absolutely unacceptable.When I contacted their customer service to report an instance of fraud on my account, I expected a prompt and efficient resolution to the issue. However, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of willingness to address the problem. The representative I spoke to seemed uninterested and did not take my concerns seriously.Despite providing detailed evidence of the fraudulent activity, including transaction records and suspicious account access, the customer service team failed to take any immediate action. They simply brushed off my concerns and claimed that it was probably a mistake or oversight on my part.I was shocked and disappointed by their complete disregard for the seriousness of the situation. It was clear that they were more interested in deflecting responsibility than in resolving the issue and protecting their customers. This lack of empathy and accountability was truly disheartening.In today's digital age, where fraud and identity theft are rampant, it is crucial for companies to prioritize the safety and well-being of their customers. Unfortunately, Arizona Financial fell short in this regard. Their failure to acknowledge and address the fraudulent activity on my account reflects a lack of integrity and a disregard for their customers' security.I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with Arizona Financial customer service. Based on my experience, they do not prioritize customer satisfaction or take fraud reports seriously. It is disheartening to see a company that claims to value its customers act so irresponsibly in the face of clear evidence.I hope that Arizona Financial takes this review as an opportunity to reflect on their customer service practices and improve their response to fraud cases. Customers deserve better treatment and protection, especially when it comes to matters of security and financial well-being.

I frequent Arizona financial on a daily basic. All your employees do an excellent job, but one Martha from lake HAVASU branch seems to go above and beyond any time i have a question, problem she always helps me. she has a great personality always smiles, and i appreciate all that she does for me and the business I represent . Thank you Arizona finical for training there employees to be caring and professional.
