“Conveniently located resort close to the London Bridge, English Village, and many restaurants. The Resort is well-maintained and has several activities for guests to participate in. The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful.”
“Spent a couple of nights to catch up on sleep after an overnight flight from Asia, room was clean and comfortable at a decent price for the area and most importantly it was quiet. A bit far from the London Bridge area if you aren't a walker, but just a couple minutes away by car. Would definitely recommend. Can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't make it down, but room had microwave and refrigerator.”
“The staff at Island Suites always make you feel like family. Stayed here multiple times. Even when super busy, they will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible guest experience. When in Lake Havasu, it's a no-brainer to stay at this Mom and Pop gem.”

“Needed somewhere to sleep for the night to tired to make it home. Super easy and fast to check in even late at night. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also pretty quite outside. Id definitely stay again if I needed to.”

“Really enjoyed our stay at The Heat. The view was terrific, perfect view of the London Bridge. Nice angle, too, where you could see the colors of the sunset, but the sun never shown directly onto the balcony, keeping it cool. The bed was very comfortable. The separate sitting room was really convenient so I could watch shows late, and he could go to bed early. The bathroom was really nice with a modern design, and I wanted to steal the shower. I also enjoyed walking along the channel to the park and across the bridge to all the shops and visitors center. My only complaints are that there were no good places to charge your devices (all the plugs were far from the furniture), the hallways were really stark, and could use some artwork, and I never found the safe that was supposedly in the room according to the note on the back of the door. I was also bummed I didn't have time to rent one of the paddleboards they had available. That looked so fun.”

“I took a weekend trip out here. And honestly this hotel was pretty good check in was smooth they have a functioning pool and jacuzzi tub and the view from the back of the hotel was spectacular! They have a great breakfast selection hot meals included! I didn’t have any issues with my room at all it was clean and spacious plus my bed was extra comfy didn’t want to leave out of it during checkout. Also the staff was very courtesy and kind during my stay. Very good location with walkable restaurants and other activities nearby and close to the main highway. Only complaint is the elevators not working but I’m sure it’ll get fixed. But other than that I’ll be sure to come back to this hotel on my next visit.”

“Great location, just down the street from the London bridge. This is a good place to stay if you just need a place to crash for the night. It's not a nice hotel, but it has what you need. Hot shower, clean sheets, running water, a place to charge your phone, and our room was clean. Our microwave didn't work, and we appreciated that it was promptly replaced.
The only problem I see is that it's severely neglected by maintenance. Some curtains were missing and the ones that were there need mending, drywall needs repair, trim that was decades ago rusted thru simply needs to be painted.”

“I am not too picky when it comes to motels/hotels. Being a guy traveling solo has its benefits. Stopping in town to see London Bridge i realized how hot it was. Even traveling on a motorcycle this is hot at 104 degrees. So sitting underneath London Bridge i googled cheap hotels near me and this came up. $52 on Booking.com. I decided to ride here 1st to check the area out. The area looked good so I came inside and talked to the nice lady at the desk. I showed her the $52 price and she agreed to match it. I asked for a room on the 1st floor so I could keep an eye on my bike and she said she had one. So I checked in and went to the room. Turned on the AC and the room was nice and clean. I am very pleased.”

“It’s a motel 6, not the ritz, but man you can’t beat the view of the lake and they are dog friendly.
Bring earplugs though, not the quietest at night.”
“I was flown in by helicopter to the hospital close by here. I had a bag, my phone, wallet, and not much else. These wonderful people were kind and sympathetic. The clerk even helped with referring me to a shuttle service to get back home.
The rooms are clean, simple but your needs are covered, and the bed and hot bath felt great after a long hard day. They have coffee for you in room, ice machine in the office, snack vending in the courtyard, and you can buy water and sodas in the office while open. Plus meal delivery services have no issues coming here.
Not fancy, but a good find for the price especially.”

“Was actually a great place to stay for the price. Wasn’t sure about staying here after reading the reviews but it turned out to be a great place at a terrific price. Was a little out dated but room was nice, clean and quiet. A/C worked fantastic. Great central location to everything. Gentlemen at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly.”

“5 star service. Thank you Desiree and the lady whom worked during the day. My friend Janey booked a room through Airbnb and I met her in town. They Even let me charge up the van in the parking lot. We enjoyed it so much while the festival was going on that we stayed another night. Clean rooms. Nice hot shower. Outdoor pool. They're doing renovations so it was a bit cluttered outside but there was no disturbing noises or anything like that. We'll be back.”
