“The two ladies at the desk are great. They are friendly and welcoming. The property is much older and worn then of course pictures show. The rooms are much better. There is a nice small kitchenette area with cooking items. Beds are very firm. It’s a budget motel/hotel. But if you want to save money and don’t mind it’s a descent option.”

“I am not sure why this Hotel is a 2 star but from the moment we checked in at the desk we felt welcome, the woman behind the desk on sat 7/11/26 was super warm and welcoming and friendly. Perfect person to be the first face we see.
The hotel itself is laid out super simple, ice machine and pool are both in a central location. Parking lot was safe and secure.
The room was very clean, bedding was super clean and white. Not a single hair to be found. The room was also quiet.
The breakfast room was more than we expected and tasted great. Waffles is a great touch. The employee in there was super sweet.
The hotel is very closely located to the London bridge as well as local eateries.
When I come back to visit my daughter this will be the place we stay every time.

“A little oasis in a semi industrial area. Convenient to restaurants, bars, and attractions. The rooms are large and include kitchenettes, but no utensils, plates, bowls, or cookware. There are full size refrigerators but our room had no ice cube trays and there's no ice machine. Fortunately the very friendly maintenance guy gave us some ice from his own supply. Otherwise, good beds, decent shower, and good TV. Very affordable.”

“Literally the first time since I moved to Havasu 6 yrs. Ago ,that I felt like I had peace in my own place . In other news ,a quick shout out to our out of state friends ,Thanks FOR MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO RENT .”
“I was flown in by helicopter to the hospital close by here. I had a bag, my phone, wallet, and not much else. These wonderful people were kind and sympathetic. The clerk even helped with referring me to a shuttle service to get back home.
The rooms are clean, simple but your needs are covered, and the bed and hot bath felt great after a long hard day. They have coffee for you in room, ice machine in the office, snack vending in the courtyard, and you can buy water and sodas in the office while open. Plus meal delivery services have no issues coming here.
Not fancy, but a good find for the price especially.”

“Our room was big affordable and clean..I don't see hotel rooms this big very often, it had a couch, two end tables,a chair a desk and of course a big king bed..if I go back to Havasu I'll try and stay here again, it has an indoor pool and spa,vending machines,and I saw a sign offering room service,I also saw a flyer in the room for food delivery with a full menu on the back..we stay at hotels alot,in my opinion this one offers more than most..”

“For a budget motel, Studio 6 in Lake Havasu City exceeded my expectations. While there were a few minor cosmetic imperfections here and there, nothing was significant enough to affect our stay.
The room was very clean when we arrived, the property was well maintained, and the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. The staff was especially friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit.
My only real complaint was that the room didn’t have blackout curtains, so it became very bright early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, that may be something to keep in mind.
Overall, this is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a clean, affordable place to stay. The location is convenient, the staff provides great customer service, and I would definitely recommend Studio 6 to anyone looking for a budget-friendly hotel in Lake Havasu City.”
“Stayed here 2 nights (2nd floor room facing lake) and this is a great place for price we paid. Beds were older but comfortable, towels looked new and fluffy and air conditioner kept our room very cold like we like it. Yes, room is very dated and needs some TLC for sure. Carpet could use a good steam cleaning (felt sticky in a few places,) but it was vacuumed. Room could use a really good dusting and wipe down.
Breakfast was posted at the front desk and consisted of coffee/tea, bread, cereal with milk, apples and packaged honey bun. No microwave in room but one in breakfast area to use.
Pool and hot tub was open and being used by others but we did not use.
Staff was great. Very friendly at checkin. We tried to check in early but they just had 40 rooms check out so were still cleaning room. We got back at 4pm and she said they needed 15 minutes on our room so we waited in the lobby. They had upgraded us to lake view so that was appreciated. A young lady at the desk also gave us sone helpful information on the area.

“Was actually a great place to stay for the price. Wasn’t sure about staying here after reading the reviews but it turned out to be a great place at a terrific price. Was a little out dated but room was nice, clean and quiet. A/C worked fantastic. Great central location to everything. Gentlemen at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly.”

“If you’re looking for a very affordable, no frills kind of place this is it. Booking off of Google Maps it was $600 for 10 days. The bed was comfortable, the a.c. blew cold, it has a fridge/microwave and the room was overall clean. The staff was nice and they even worked something out for us when we had to check out late. I do wish the pool was up and running, but that’s not why I had rented it to begin with.”
