They have a heated pool. This location is perfect, not far from the London Bridge. Quick fact: Did you know they brought the London Bridge over here brick by brick? Take a boat ride and look at the numbers underneath. Crazy right. The hotel staff is so nice, floors in rooms are cleaned, they have them professionally cleaned about 2x a year which is really good, helps with pets and stains keeping your visit close to home as possible right? Plenty of food places around the area, they do fall short on their breakfast, there's no fresh fruit, they have the dollar pancakes machine. Overall, it just pastry and oatmeal. Reasonable room prices as well. Check them out your next visit to Lake Havasu.

Got charged a $100 cleaning fee unfairly. The room needed to be vacuumed and mopped but we washed all our dishes, bagged up our trash. Beware. I regret tipping the housekeeper. I'd gladly vacuum and mop a room for $100.

Update to the reply by the "owner" This excuse does not issue any statement as to why it is not on the website when we booked. We put in our address.Extremely wrong, we booked a room like we have in the past. When we arrived Frank tells us because we have a Havasu address we were not allowed to stay there when on their site there is no mentioned of this discrimation to the residents of Havasu. I told Frank my husband is handicap and we are older adurlts. Now looking for a room. We have stayed here for many times before. He showed no empathy and only kept saying it was the rules. My husband said he called his manager Jason on the phone. Jason. Jason told him he knows the rules but he aka Frank was in charge so he decides. I guess Frank did not care. Shameful. 8pm. There is NO mention on their site of this rule. We had booked it with the Havasu Address so that is very upsetting. Discrimination against the people of Havasu.

Clean, modern room (King suite), comfortable bed, below-average breakfast, great location. Sofa is not fit for sitting on. The cushions collapse down into the frame because of the pull-out mattress. The room was very stuffy and the temp control is centralized so you can't adjust, despite the unit indicating there was a wall thermostat somewhere (there was not). Had to open windows but on ground floor, I didn't like the vulnerability. Walls are paper-thin. Could hear all the stomping up the stairs, slamming exterior door and chatter & suitcase rollers in the hall. All that being said, the price was very affordable so I guess I got what I paid for. Next time I'm in town I might look for a different option.

Noteworthy details: I was impressed that there was pots and pans and dishes in our kitchenette.

The staff at Island Suites was phenomenal in their above and beyond attentive service.Jason was more than accommodating, truly going above and beyond his call of duty to make sure we were well provided for, and more than patient with us and our security concerns. The cleaning staff, Tiffany, Sayde and Jessica all were kind, understanding and helpful with providing clean linens and cleaning supplies on the daily and patient with us and our desire for privacy.Again Jason along with Garrett were kind, patient and understanding, when at checkout our door lock malfunctioned and our belongings still inside the room. Both of them springing into action immediately to not only fix the problem but let us in to gather the last of our stuff, well past checkout. The staff at Island Suites set the shining example of what customer service should be in the hospitality industry, and should be admired for their attention to detail.Thank you Jason for being patient with the daily requests for extensions at the last minute, your focus, and attentiveness to our safety as well as making us feel welcomed and less of a pain in the butt than what we were!!! Thank you Island Suites staff, Tiffany, Jessica, Garrett, and Sayde for your can do attitude, patience and understanding with our quirky and needy requests for accommodation!Jason for vice president of operations!!!

Really impressed with the room and service I received. These are good people, and you can't really beat the price. The only downside was no on-site laundryRooms: Very clean, smelt nice

Great location and price. Friendly staff. Nice clean room. Room could use some reconditioning. TV was very small for todays standards. Complementary breakfast was fair. They are pet friendly which was the main reason for staying here. All things considered I would stay again.

Everybody talked about the breakfast being so great which is actually why I decided to pay the extra and book here. The breakfast is standard fair for those who offer a complete breakfast. So you did have some grain items. They've got a little machine that makes pancakes. They have the coffee tea packets. A little fridge with some yogurt and hard boiled eggs in it. There is some cream cheese for bagels and jams and jellies. Certainly not an exquisite breakfast. The room on the other hand they have beautiful rooms. Nice big roomy rooms. No privacy, at least in the king suite. The sofa pulls out into a couch bed but it's a big open window between that and the king bed. With a very small, maybe a 25-in TV that's on a swivel so you can watch it on the couch or in bed but not both. They do have an induction cooktop which is really cool. So you pull it out, plug it in and you suddenly have ways to boil water or fry eggs or bacon or cook pasta or whatever you're up to. So good if you're going to spend some time in the roomRooms: Induction cooktop with cookware

Would give this a ZERO. We booked this through Expedia but had to push our check in date one day later because of rain in our city. We have an airplane so didn’t think cancellation insurance was necessary because we would be flying our own plane. Well yesterday my husband ended up in the Emergency Room and was diagnosed with Covid. Your hotel showed no empathy and would not refund our money. Did they want us to fly down and expose anyone and everyone to COVID?!!! You should be ashamed to treat people like this

I really liked this hotel !! Very nice floor plan. I stayed there twice with my family & my brother in law, 1 night each on our way to Flagstaff & back from there . On September 26th / October 1st. I really liked the dining area next to the kitchenette !!The table was nice , sofa was nice . The kitchenette was very nice !! They had everything, but a can opener & a toaster. They had a toaster in the eating area on the 1st floor . So, you can use it there ! The beds were good , but the 1st night , the bed was a bit old . The showers were nice / powerful both nights ! But, the fixtures ( faucets ) were old & I was afraid if they'd come off ! The shower drains / sink drains were all working very nicely !! The 2nd time , we got a partial lake view from our window ! The staff were friendly .I was afraid of bed bug & roaches as I had read people saying about them in their reviews, but we didn't get any ! We always carry bug repellent sprays made of sedar oil which is safe to use around pets ( I dislike calling ' em pets ! ) & I always bring fragrant geranium oil everywhere I go to repel bugs , especially cockroaches !!Our rooms on the 1st night , we got separate rooms . Both rooms were very clean !! The portable cooking burner was very useful !! But, it got very very hot & our suite room got smoky on our 2nd stay !! They had a big knife ? , it was very useful ! They had a new sponge & mini dish detergent each night !! The hotel lobby & the hallways & our rooms smelled really nicely !! ?Like flowers ! We cooked our breakfasts , so we didn't eat their complimentary breakfasts .The closets had small portable chests with wheels ( drawers ), which I found very useful for people staying there for a couple of days , or more ! The dining table & sofa & ottoman / table all in one were very very useful !! ? The ottoman/ table had lids which flipped to be 2 trays , so it became a table ! Also storage !! You can put your handbags & a briefcase in it !! The sizes of both rooms were very good !! My mom is claustrophobic, but never felt too small & did not complain ! She loved the rooms & this hotel !! I did , too !! It was very easy to spot from the street . The 1st day , this hotel parking lot was FULL !! The 2nd day ( October 1st ) was busy, but saw many parking spaces were available. I found this hotel as one of the best budget friendly hotels that I've ever stayed at !! I really loved this hotel & enjoyed my stays !! Oh ! I really wished if they had an electric tea kettle in our room !! They only had a coffee maker ( for coffee pods ) . They don't have an elevator , so if you have mobility issues, or, if disabled, you should stay on the first floor ! My mom got mobility issues, but managed to walk up the stairs with a help & also using both hands on the stair cases( rails ) ! Our rooms were bright enough ! One of cons was there was only 1 waste ?in the living/ dining room! Only 1 under the kitchen sink! And a small one in the bathroom. Also, A/ C was a bit hard to adjust the temp. I also noticed that the towels were a bit grey!! As many other reviews mentioned . They might be old . I always bring my hand towles , or a face towle & hand towle with me on my trips , so it was o.k. to me !No can opener , no tea kettle...these are only cons , but way more pros about this lovely hotel !! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel !! ??Rooms: Very good floor plans ! Very useful kitchenette & dining table !! Very clean & relaxing & comfy !! We made a quick/ very nice dinner there & also breakfasts !! The rooms got a lot of sunshine. Very useful ottoman/ table/ storage , all in one !!

Our mattress and the pull out bed were horrible. They need to replace them. All of our backs were killing us. When you sat on the couch it sunk so badly. Staff very nice and room clean. Can’t recommend 100% because of horrible bed and pull out.
