This store has a huge offering of amazing items... I could have browsed in here for hours. I got some cool rings, a couple of super cool a Buddha heads, one made out of fluorite, a beautiful amethyst crystal, and a few other things. The Poppy & Pout lip balms, with super clean ingredients, are great as well! The Owner was super cool and helpful. She has put together a really cute store, with cool, Unique items.. I purchased a gift as well, and she wrapped it up in a really cute purple leopard bag.”

“From start to finish our experience was first class. Phyllis who greeted us each time we visited is amazing in her knowledge, not only of jewels in general, but in her knowledge of incredible & unique pieces in the store and enthusiasm to show the various works of art. The store has gorgeous jewelry creations by their designer, the artist, Erica, who is also beautiful and unique….and Steve, Erica’s partner, whose contribution to their partnership gives her the artistic freedom to create. He handles the business end, we gathered, finding & buying the various stones and pieces for their store, examining and evaluating stones, appraisals, photography for their website, etc.
I love yellow gold and colored gemstones so it was fun for me to see that there is such a variety of gems, tourmalines, garnets, amethysts, garnets, rubies, sapphires, emeralds and not “just” diamonds in yellow gold as well as white gold and platinum. This is the most interesting and beautiful jewelry store I have EVER been in—and
I’m no spring chicken with a few stores experienced. They are able to design and create from concept to completion. I had a ring with 45 stones in a yellow gold setting I love. They were able to upgrade all of the stones and transform my ring into a truly stunning piece by buying new stones as well as switching out stones from another ring at a price we found very reasonable for diamonds! They also repaired and strengthened the mountings from a ruby & diamond ring I had. If I ever have a windfall, I know where I am headed and, I look forward to our next stay in Lake Havasu. Next time I’ll try to sneak the car out and go without the my pressure of my husband patiently parked in a chair while I explore!

“Everyone I’ve encountered here is friendly and knowledgeable. They welcome you with a smile when you walk in the door. My first time in was to get my son’s necklace fixed. When we explained how it gets broken in sports, they replaced with a heavy duty clasp. I brought in a diamond ring to be retipped. It came back absolutely amazing. I brought in my own necklace to be repaired, as the loop on the clasp had broken off. Nicholas fixed it very quickly at no charge. I trust Crown Jewels with any repair, and they have a beautiful selection of jewelry at good prices. Highly recommend!”
