Horrible place , it's dirty, and they charge EXTRA fee per day. And they couldn't tell you exactly what it was for. Other than TAX!? UMM I PAID ONLINE you can't add tax. And they offer a CORPORATE RATE that is more than the online booking, the microwave and fridge didn't work. They've been REMO FOR OVER 2 YEARS. But nothing has been done although they have lots of lumber in their courtyard and children's toys strewn about , they apparently have extended stay because there are people out side working on vehicles and. They talk trash about guest where customers can hear them. , I was told I could leave my motorcycle there for a few days as it broke down so I put it out from off to the side parking so that it wouldn't take up spots. , and a coworker found it the next day on its side and with a tow sticker on it. Without any call or anything luckily my coworker brought it to his room and removed the sticker but. They are a horrible business and try to take advantage of you , thing is I work for a company that has a work crew out there for a big upcoming project why would you treat customers that way

Owners wife seems to dislike local address. I moved away from Lake Havasu, then returned for work. I needed a weeks stay. I made reservations included I have a DOG. Then went to check out and she wants another $20 for my dog after they ask for a $300 dollar deposit. Owners wife was less than hospitable. I'd say down right rude, unwelcoming, and dare I say racest. Yep that's what I said.

It's an all right place I suppose but one of the employees that works there has been there for many years and he's not the friendliest other than that they have great deals it is a convenient spot if you come stay for a few nights and party is an okay place to bring your children, and pets and especially if you like the bar scene cuz it's the most convenient hotel in Havasu closest to the bars so you can stumble safe

The stay was very disappointing when I arrived I felt price gouged which would of been close to $200 had it not been for me asking if the facility was really really nice, she brought it to $150.00 the young lady takes advantage of the lodging shortage (google.advertises their rates at $57 dollars on weeknights.
I asked to be allowed to inspect a room she showed me #108 i did, it was dated and very used but manageable the toilet tank had an Older none fitting cover.. I agreed but once settled I used it to urinate and then found out that the system was not flushing properly and the bowl was backing up, I called her up and she started to say that she already felt that I was unhappy and proceeded to repeat more than three times to go back and get my money and leave. I explained that if they fixed the issue there wouldn't be a need .
They sent a lady to go check an d she said nothing was wrong to hold the handle till flush I accepted her advise and went on to use the phone on the nightstand and the broken cord snapped in my face slinging hard as we both laughed and commented "who uses landlines anymore" she replaced I tipped her and all was well.
Well in the early morning when nature called and the toilet was needed it was a filthy mess it would not flush not even Holding handle with both hands, I hit the shower and it's full of hairs, I jump out avoiding the dirty tub and go wash up in the sink looking to leave asap when I reach for the face towel a beautiful long strand of 8" blonde hair adorns my cheek....I was extra super angry.
I went and told the young owner of the master and her angry response was "I told you last night, to come.and get your money and leave"
These people should not be allowed to be in this business! They themselves live in this place in horrible conditions where you walk there's a hose coming out of lobby to outside watering of plants inside where owners come out of their apartment you peek to a dirty living style.
STAY AWAY, no money to people who don't care but to gouge your dollar!
