Don't understand all the negative reviews. I have had nothing but great interactions and customer service. Most recently my mailbox rental was due while i was unfortunately in the hospital for a few months. When I got out and able to function again I gave them a call and explained, they waived the key deposit since I still had my key, and didnt charge me to set a new box up because of the unforeseen circumstances. thats stand up customer service in my eyes and why I will continue to give them my business. Thank you to all staff members

Great business! I was injured, stuck on the sofa and couldn't mail out an important letter, so they allowed me to email them, and they printed it out for me and mailed it. Super sweet of them. They didn't even charge me a stamp. Talk about "pay it forward!" I would do business with them for sure.

Outstanding service!!Facebooked message them a week or so ago about having a package delivered and they promptly responded and get me set up. When the package arrived I received a phone call that it was there for me. When arriving at the store I was very politely greeted and within a few minutes was on my way.This is a wonderful business to work with and we will definitely have packages sent here again when we are coming through town.

This is the BEST mail center in town. The girls are so friendly and knowledgeable! They take care of everything with a smile! I have been a customer for about 4 years!

The staff was nice. However, it cost $10 per package to have a small pack received. It would ne nice to have the pricing listed on the website.

absolutley love love love this shop!! i go here all the time for my package and gifting needs. the girls there are so helpful and so kind; you can just feel that they really do care about helping their customers in the best way possible!

First of all I want to say that the professionalism the courtesy the detail the orientation to detail a job well done a staff of well equipped employees this is the number one business and Mail center in lake Havasu bar none if you want your work done properly and on time and done right then this is the place that's a guarantee I give them five stars because they know what they're doing and they're sincere thank you very much for your hard work

Not getting all my mail. Get someone else'sMail about once a month. Should have received a bill on the 9th of Aug, still haven't received it. Got a neighbor's mail today. The mailbox was not closed after delivery.
